I’m 62 and I just got one of the coolest toys I’ve ever had. This little Toyota isn’t a joke. It’s really licensed by Toyota! This thing isn’t fast at all, but man can it grind its way over the little obstacle track I made in my backyard. Plus, you can film it with your phone up close, because you can operate it with one hand, and it’s not fast enough to hurt anything no matter what happens. I have literally bonded with this toy (at 62!). My two cents.

Great looking and realistic to scale. This truck was easy to modify and overall great quality and value. I enjoyed driving it, it is a very capable trail truck out of the box performing pretty well.

This truck is great but the suspension needs some simple improvements: remove all leaf springs except for the metal one, and completely remove the rear coil springs. Then flip the mounting to the TOP side of the axle. This will serve two functions: it softens the suspension to add much needed articulation, and it lifts the rear (levels) to the perfect ride height (it’s much too low in the rear from the factory). The front suspension is also too stiff to achieve max articulation, but I have yet to find an appropriately soft coil spring to replace the red factory spring.
