Doesn't cancel any noise. And the sleep mask allows light in through the sides. Doesn't fit over nose comfortably. Unless u block ur breathing.

Almost perfect. I love the eye mask or even the strap in case the eye strap is unnecessary. There is noticeable reduction in quality and the materials seem to work very well, but I found issue with its durability as I move around a lot in my sleep. Roughly half the nights I fall asleep on my back and stay there, but I often sleep on my side and the head pressure bends and warps the muffs. It's more of a me problem, than a flaw in the design, but a few nights of side sleeping crushes the earmuffs and they don't isolate sound nearly as well. Being able to buy replacement muffs would be great or make them more durable. That would be nice!

Love this, although it takes time to get used to, not I don’t have to use ear plugs which were hurting my ears. These cancel out the noises I need cancelled like my husbands deep breathing through his CPAP

Sound blocking could be better but good enough for a nap. Eye mask has space so you can even open your eyes while wearing it so it never presses on your eyes. A bit weird to put on both at the same time.

You can’t wear these at night to sleep if you are a side sleeper. The ear shell is hard as a rock. Like laying your head ON A ROCK!

Best pair of noise reducing ear phones for sleeping i ever tried. Takes a little getting used to if you are a side sleeper, but these really block out sound.

Amazing! Just need the blissbury ear pillow and it's all good! Can't hear my husband snore!

It is very convenient that you can wear the sleep mask and ear muffs together as a set. It's a lot more comfortable than trying to wear normal ear muffs with a hard plastic headband. That said, unfortunately I found the ear muffs were not even close to as effective as advertised. I saw another reviewer say these were good for trying to sleep on a plane, maybe they're better for that. Personally I bought them for trying to sleep at home as someone that works very different hours than my housemates. Unfortunately I can still hear my housemates pretty much perfectly, and they are very uncomfortable for actually sleeping with (as a side sleeper). I do use the ear muffs sometimes when studying to help with concentration. But unfortunately they don't really block much at all, just make it a little less 'sharp'. For example, I can still hear the TV well enough to understand what's being said, even when it's not all that loud. I can hear people walking upstairs just fine. I'm not sure what scenario these are intended for, but they definitely don't block sound as well as advertised. Still, better than nothing.

Works great! Wanted something for those days when I have really bad seasonal allergies which trigger migraines and this works perfectly ! Love how customizable it is too if you don't want the ears they come off and vice versa. Not a everyday use item but when needed this is a lifesaver even to bring me an hour of peaceful sleep.

I found this earmuff\eye mask combo to be good for when I'm travelling and need to close my eyes for a little while and in an upright position. They block the light and noise well enough for some decent sleep. They, however, don't work well for me while lying down in a bed on my side. I'm a side sleeper and move around a lot and also can't sleep on my back. So I won't be able to use these for regular sleep in a bed at home or when travelling. People who sleep on their backs will do good by these. I can also use these separately from each other if I'm looking to block some light or noise. I'm satisfied with their performance and will continue to use them when I travel, but not while in a prone position to sleep.
