Portable and effective!
While traditional heating pads are indeed very useful as abdomen warmers, they suffer from a big limitation: your movement is limited by the length of the power cord. This pad, however, deals with the problem by adding a rechargeable battery. The heat source now goes where I go. While this technique introduces a potential limitation of its own--limited power--I've found this limitation to be more theoretical than practical. Since the heat cycle should be limited to a given number of minutes per hour, there's always time to recharge. Just remember to plug in the charger.

Functional, with a couple of considerations detailed below
This heating pad heats QUICKLY and the highest vibration mode doesn’t feel powerful at first but does provide relief over time. I think that the heat setting over a thin shirt or towel is helpful to prevent burns, especially at the high setting, and the timer is great for safety. Be careful with the heat. The belt is super stretchy and fits a range of body sizes, but keep in mind that the pad itself is going to be a little bigger than the size of your hand (eyeballing a little less than 8 by 4 inches or so?) so it will not fit most average bodies neatly all the way across your abdomen. That being said, I am a person who it only covers a portion of my abdomen, and it still helps my pms, and my back pain too! I think that it is a pretty good deal for what it is. It comes with a usb cable and instructions, but it is very easy to figure out on your own too and the screen is easy to read. I appreciate anything that can help relieve my back pain, so I give it a general positive review on function as well, though don’t expect magic. The only drawback is that it does sound like a normal standard vibrator if you are just sitting and reading/watching tv with the vibration mode on lol, be warned of that before you buy. Hope this helps!

Small but mighty.
1. It's wireless and can be charged via a USB C. 2. It heats up FAST. I mean, you turn it on, you set the temperature and it'll reach that tempt in a few seconds. 3. It'll stay hot, so make sure not to put this on the bare skin even thought he heated portion is covered by a felt like fabric. 4. The belt is adjustable and stretchy and makes this ideal to wear while moving. However, if you're over a US size 12+, the belt will be TIGHT. However, it is stretchy and not mandatory. The device is so small you can just shove it into the waistband of a pair of sweats and you'll be fine. 5. The massage option is weak but honestly, when you're cramping like crazy, the little vibrations are soothing. 6. You can use this on the back of the neck to warm up or get a little massage. It's not super strong, but it's nice. The heat is strong and you can use it under a wrist while using a mouse, or just resting, the back of the neck, lower back, ankle, etc. It's not just for cramps although the heat is wonderful for those. Great little product, wish it had a belt extender, maybe a small attachment for if you want to wear it over the shoulder, stronger massage setting, or a timer so that the heat turns off on it's own.

Packs some heat
This works well for small areas. It heats up fast and even though you can't set an exact temp you can raise the heat settings in preset increments. I would recommend using a cloth between it and your skin. The waistband works fine but I prefer without it. It's also nice for other areas like a mini heating pad (but not soft) and helpful for kids. I don't use the massage at all. Having it be rechargeable is awesome.

Great relief, but missing a key temperature setting
I really like this portable period heating pad—it’s compact, rechargeable, and incredibly convenient for on-the-go cramp relief. The heat is consistent, and the belt stays in place comfortably whether I’m sitting, walking, or lying down. It also works well for general abdominal discomfort and feels soothing during travel or long workdays. My only complaint is the temperature jump between 37°C and 45°C. For me, 37°C isn’t quite warm enough, but 45°C gets uncomfortably hot after a few minutes. I really wish there was a setting in the low 40s (maybe 40–42°C) to better suit sensitive users. The current increments (0, 37, 45, 50, 55, 60°C) are just a bit too spaced out. Still, if one of the existing heat levels works for your body, this is a reliable and soothing device worth having on hand. It charges quickly, holds its power well, and has made a noticeable difference in how I manage cramps.

Heat ok but weak vibration
This is a small unit. While good for travel not great if you have a bigger body since the contact area is so small. It does get warm pretty quickly but the massage function doesn't really do anything. The vibration motor is much to weak. Fortunately, no batteries too replace. This is a rechargeable unit with usb-c. Better than nothing but not by much.

This product made me mad.
It should provide the things it promises: heat, vibration massage, and comfort... but here's the thing. It's NOT designed right. If you affix the belt around you, it will hold this unit so snugly (in order to stay pressed against you) that the vibration massage hangs up and stops. The massager part just cannot work when this device is pressed against you, even lightly. The heat is SO light, it's nothing like a heating pad or etc. It's just a mild warmth that feels better if you have the device pressed against you, or lay a hand over it to make that connection... but then the massage stops, hanging up the machine in a way that made me afraid it would overheat. This thing does NOT do what it promises... I do NOT recommend it.
