I am a skeptical concierge doctor in NYC. I started taking this 1 month ago. It has transformed my life. I have a lot more energy. I am no longer tired all the time. I have started walking long distances again. I work out with a trainer twice a week and the trainer has noticed how much more energy I have. I take the 500 mg dose and have seen comments saying the 1000 may be better so I may try that at some time but for the time being I will just stick with the 500. This is in my opinion, the best product for longevity on the market. Ten days into taking one a day at night, my daughter looked at me and asked me what I did to my skin, nothing!...
