Failure
6 January 2023 I have got a Hum, Kivo and Kivo easy now. All are very good. It would be very much appreciated if they got back wheel shock absorber. The seat and seat support are a little bit hard. Overall good purchase. Update on 4/5/23 Kivo Easy battery failed. It is self discharging. Only 5 Km range. After repeated requests, they are not responding.Only 1000 km total. Don't go for it. Update on 11/11/24 HUM controller failed and I have to pedal for 5 Km to reach my home. It is around 4500 Kms. Please watch before buying. Total 4500 Km for Rs. 38753/- A little bit expensive. Rs.8.60 per Km. I could have used a car !!!

Great to ride but huge battery, no safety
Cons: 1. Huge battery under the seat makes it look weird vehicle to ride. Moreover, I always worry about taking it anywhere due to safety issues, I always fear that It can be stolen quickly as there's no proper locking system to this cycle. 2. There is no suspension, little bumpy rode and you back will be broken. 3, Actual speed is limited to just 21km/h which is slow comparatively. 4. Mechanical disc breaks are even poorer than a drum breaking system. Pros.: 1. My ride experience has been fantastic except little imbalance in the cycle handle which dosen't let me enjoy the cruise mode. 2. Battery backup has been good so far after riding a few months.

think before you buy
battery of the cycle from purchase, company will say range is 45km. after 6 months it will be decreasing. after one year range will come from 45km to 15km only.
