I have the volume turned all the way up on the parent monitor but can barely hear my daughter at all. Is there any way to fix this?

The monitor volume control is the fifth one from the left in the menu, from level#0 (muted) ~ #7. The third one from the left is for camera volume control, which is for talk-back and lullaby playing on the camera (from level#1~#5). We received our monitor and revived it yesterday. It won’t charge. What do we need to do?

Hello, Is it barrel or Micro-USB insert? If barrel, please try camera's cord. They are the same. Otherwise, charge the monitor by an Android phone cord or other Micro-USB charger.
