This set is $21 This set's handle is actually hollow wood and the whole thing feels stronger and a better quality than the $13 one I have. This set came in a very nice box with a plastic tray and everything looked great and was presented well. the $13 dollar set came in plastic bag.However this listing says "polished brass". Sadly NO and the reason for a loss of a star. The heads are standard metal and "plated" in a plastic coating. I know because one of the heads had a bubble in it. I popped it and the cover flaked away showing the bare pot metal underneath. So NOT polished.
