I have been using this mad, hippie antioxidant face oil for probably 5 years. I have tried lots of other products. But I love this oil. It is affordable and made in the USA. I have read about the company, and I feel confident in in their commitment to quality products. I have tried almost everything that they make. And I like all of the products. But this face oil is the one thing I use every single day. I use it morning and night. I mix it with my hyaluronic acid so that four drops of this product will spread over my entire face. It has a very mild smell, I don’t even smell it, but my children always comment on how good my face smells. Once it dries, I cannot even feel it on my face, so I use it as a primer under my make up in the mornings. I feel like it has dramatically improved the moisture of my skin. It is made with argon, oil, hemp seed, and Goji.

I love Mad Hippie and really trust their products. Did you know that many organic, high-end beauty retailers selling oil serums use oils which will naturally go rancid in a really short period of time? I'm talking, 3-6 months from production of the oil. Think about how long it takes from the oil to go from production, to being used in the creation of the product, to be packaged by the manufacturer, to be shipped to Amazon/retailer, to get to you... by the time you get it, you could be putting rancid oils on your face! Yuck! I looked up all the ingredients in this product and none have a short shelf life. Now, for the product quality. My skin was very nice and healthy to start, but I noticed that after a few months of using this product, the my pores became noticeably smaller in size. It also helps pimples to heal faster. Now this oil is my go-to before and after my period, and whenever I see signs of starting to break out. Just 3 drops is enough to saturate my face. My husband has really sensitive skin and used to get a bad razor burn on his neck after shaving, even when using the proper lotion, aftershave, etc. He began using this oil on his neck 12-24 hours after shaving and his neck looks much better than it used to, and he says it feels better, too. It is a product for the whole family!! I have no illusions that this product has the highest possible quality ingredients, but I've done extensive research on antioxidant oils from other natural beauty retailers and I've stuck with Mad Hippie because (1) the oils won't go rancid on me in a few months and (2) the price is 20% of what other organic, natural retailers charge for potentially less product. My skin has seen improvements with these ingredients and I'm sticking with them! On average we used 2 drops a day every day and this bottle lasted 10 months. The oil does deteriorate over time. We stored in a medicine cabinet in a bathroom in an un-air conditioned environment (but we only have 2 months of hot weather in New England) and it started smelling a little off after 8 months. (For EO newbies, heat and humidity degrade oils, so bathrooms aren't a great place to store, but closed medicine cabinets in bathrooms are better than nothing.) If you want to extend quality beyond 6 months, an essential oil pro tip is to buy a smaller bottle and transfer some of the oil from the larger bottle, then refrigerate to extend the shelf life. If you're storing in a food fridge, put the oil bottle in a plastic bag or airtight container it case it leaks or breaks - you don't want it ruining your food.

Don't know about the long term affects yet but the short term affects have been wonderful. Not greasy, makes my face feel smooth and hydrated. I combined it with my collagen face cream. Just a few drops. What a difference.

This oil is the best thing I’ve added to my routine! The consistency is thick enough where you don’t need a lot to get the hydration effect. It leaves my skin feeling moisturizing and glossy without causing any breakouts. It’s super easy to apply with only needing a few drops depending on your skin type. Completely worth it, it’s a staple in my skin care now!

This facial oil is fabulous!

Perfect for my sensetive skin that can get dry in winter, even though I live in PNW. Love this brand. Scentless and appreciated. ⭐️TIP: it takes a LONG time to soak in (and my skin tends to soak stuff in quickly), so I have to be strategic and apply maybe an hour before bed, so doesn’t soak into my silk pillowcases.

I’ve been using this serum morning & night (and sometimes in between!!!!) for 5+ years now. I have naturally dry skin and I live in an arid climate - this is literally like water for my skin. I mix it with a drop of the vitamin C serum and it literally revives my skin and makes me look like a different person!!!!

This oil packs a punch in terms of value. The scent is light and pleasant. I like it, but it’s unnecessary. Scents don’t promote healthy skin. I’m after it for the antioxidants as it counteracts free radicals. This helps with slowing down cell damage. I’m 41, and many people guess my age at 29. I use this as the last step in my p.m. skincare routine. It seals in my recovery night cream nicely. I know one bottle will probably last me around four months. It’s not greasy and it absorbs well. This purchase won’t disappoint you.

So impressed with this. In addition to it being entirely natural and full of great ingredients, it has really improved my skin which has a tendency to be dry and dehydrated. Lines are plumped and skin glows. Just a pity it doesn't appear to be sold in the UK so it takes a few days to arrive.

This is one of my desert island must have beauty products! I love Mad Hippie, I’ve used their skincare for a few years now. Vegan with top notch ingredients that work and make my skin so soft with no sensitivity or breakouts. I use this as a last step in my skin care routine and also mix a drop with any foundation for a flawless finish on aging skin.

This antioxidant oil smells absolutely lovely without being overpowering, fruity. Six drops is ample for face neck and decollete, with the residue for the back of my hands. I intend to use this as the last step in my evening routine, alternating with UK independent Green Keratin's antioxidant oil blends.

Absorbs nicely into the skin leaving a nice glow. Great for dry skin.
