Excellent Value Saw Blade! Would recommend.
I used this blade to cut 6061-T6 aluminum and experienced no issues with it cutting 3/8" thick wall or facing off the side of a angle, taking a .020" cut an inch up the side. I used a spray bottle and water soluble oily cutting fluid. I sawed aluminum for over an hour, shaving off the blade width to .140" deep as I "milled" off a 1" x .140" area over a four foot length of angle aluminum. It cut cleanly and easily the whole time and ran true the whole time. This was on a Rockwell Unisaw running at the recommended 4500 RPMs. What a great blade for the money!

This is great for cutting aluminum T-trac
I use this for cutting aluminum T-trac and it does a fantastic job! Very clean cuts too! I may buy another one to have as a backup when this one dulls.

Very, very good quality and outstanding cuts
While I’ve only had 2 chances to use this new blade, it’s done very well in precise and ultra clean cuts. Not much more to say other than I’d highly recommend this blade.

Good blade, cuts my aluminum well
I cut light aluminum - for patio doors, windows screens, etc. When a blade is no good my material will snag, rip, or have rough edges. Plus it takes a lot longer to get through my thicker stuff. This blade did fine and didn’t have any troubles like I listed above. The reason I only gave it 4 stars is because I ordered this one and a competitor’s blade to check them both out and this one was just a slight notch down in performance. Still a good blade for the price. I’ll use it eventually without any concerns.

Works very well on aluminum C-beam
I bought this blade to cut 40mmx80mm C-beam for a CNC machine build. The cuts are very smooth and shiny, with no obvious tool marks. Even though I only have a medium-quality miter saw and didn't spend too much time on adjustments, I managed to get better than 10 thousands of tolerance on overall length and corner to corner (probably closer to 5-6 thousands), which is plenty good for my needs. This exceeds the quality of the cuts that the c-beam came with by far. The blade produces no vibrations and cuts through the metal very smoothly with minimal strain to the machine. The metal shavings are thin and even, which makes them a real pain to clean up but probably speaks for the quality of the blade. I am very happy with it and would buy it again.

Wow! Cut through 1/2" thick alloy effortlessly
I was very skeptical about this blade, because I've always been taught that cutting metal with any power tool designed for wood was a no-no. However, I needed to cut an 8-inch-wide chunk of 1/2" thick 6061-T6511 aluminum. Not owning a chop saw or band saw, I wasn't looking forward to cutting through it with a hack saw or an angle grinder. I decided that for $20, this was worth a shot. I put it in my sliding miter saw and used the adjustable depth stop to make a series of approx. 1/8" deep passes, just to be conservative. Wow! It cut effortlessly—no bogging, no burning, just plenty of little chips flying out the back of the saw. The resulting cut is really clean. I'm really surprised how well this blade works. I should have tried this long ago; it would've saved so much time on past projects.
