First time using, but seemed super hydrating! My hair was pretty soft afterwards, if not a little greasy. I have fine hair so I could definitely tell I had done a mask on it day 2 hair needed a shower. I think it did what it said it would. I sort of thought it was a regular conditioner when I bought it so I was a little surprised that it was just a wash out mask. Anyway, seems like a good product.
