Indian Clubs - 1lb, 2lb and 3lbs Pairs by Ultimate Body Press

These are excellent quality, and the price is much lower than the wooden ones. The only benefit I see in the wooden ones over these would be if you want then to look pretty with a nice wood grain look. That said these aren't bad looking by any means. I have both the 1lb set and the 2lb set. I would recommend if you can to get both sets because I find that depending on what move I am doing sometimes I use the 1lbs and sometimes the 2 lbs. You could get both sets for the price of 1 wooden set. I use them for a 5 or so minute warmup routine before pretty much all of my workouts. I find it to be a great way to really get the shoulders feeling warm and the blood flowing. I usually start with the 1lbs then switch to the 2lbs as my shoulders get warm. The weight sounds very light but for what you do with these and their purpose it is plenty. They have plenty of grip for me, and when you look close they kinda have a black swirl pattern on them which looks cool. Very pleased with this purchase and I think it's a great addition to my home gym arsenal.

These things are awesome for shoulder rehab and a lot of fun. Do micro movements with them and little circles. It was very helpful for my shoulder strength and mobility. There are tons of great videos on youtube showing how to use them. The product itself is good quality, sturdy, and does not feel like it would break if i dropped it, etc.

Clubs are even in length, weight and feel. They have good balance and do everything I need them to do as far as exercising. My only complaint is that they arrived scuffed up and dingy looking, almost as if they are kept in a bin with a whole bunch of other loose clubs before shipment. I coated them with a very light coat of mineral oil and it did restore some luster and eliminated a good amount of scuffing but as you can see by my picture they still don't have an out of the box look to them. However, for the price, I'm totally okay with it.

I'm new to Indian clubs but met a tennis pro who let me swing one around and thought they would be great for rehabbing my shoulder. I bought a set of 2lb ones and although I like them a lot and have been using them, I can see that 1lb would have been a better starting point. That being said, i went back to amazon and ordered another set of 1lb ea without realizing it was a diff company and even though the new set seemed good, they couldn't even balance on their bases. So I'm sending those back and purchasing another set with Ultimate Body Press because obviously, I don't want my workout equipment scattered all over the floor and if they can't even make the bottoms even thats pretty cheap.

I really like these clubs. They're flat on the bottom so the stand nicely and they are fun to use. I've gotten on YouTube for some basic moves and when I've been sitting for awhile I get up and within a couple minutes my heart rate is up and I feel refreshed. The moves aren't hard, but some are a challenge. Recommend!

Good for shoulder and upperbody workouts. 1lbn is too light, but others are okay for kids or first time trainers.

I am an aging martial artist with one bad shoulder. A friend and fellow martial artist who know the struggles I have with my shoulder injury when performing complicated movements, suggested these for developing shoulder flexibility and strength. They are great for that issue, and also build up strength in seldom used small muscles and seldom used tendons. There is a ton of public domain documentation on all kinds of exercises using indian clubs for free online that are in the public domain. Besides it looks like you are about to juggle. :-)

This is the second pair of these I bought. I now have a 1lb pair and a 2lb pair. The clubs are good quality for a good price. Be prepared that they take a lot longer to ship than the prime shipping they claim.

I have had the one pound for well over a year, so I got the 2 pounds to up my game, same great quality, as described. The extra pound makes a big difference when it comes to shoulder work!

重い荷物により左肩が、懸垂の練習で左肘を痛めてしまいました。時折ツーンとした痛みに数ヶ月悩まされてました。何か治す方法はないかと思っていたところYouTubeでインディアンクラブを知りました。海外ではかなりメジャーらしく多くのハウツー動画がありました。これは良さそうと思い7486円と高価でしたがAmazon配送なので思い切って注文してみました。塗装は少し雑ですが、自立するしバリなども無くかなり品質は良いです。重さを量ってみると481gと482gでした。YouTubeには数多くの小技のやり方動画がありますが小技を覚えても前腕部がしんどくなるだけで肩肘の痛みにはあまり効果無かったです。1番効果的だったのは、遠心力がかかるほど高速で大きく腕を回転運動させることでした。リハビリとして使うのであれば1-Poundが良いと思います。肩肘の痛みに悩んでる方にはお勧めします。
