Very little noticeable difference between this product and sugar. The product itself resembles crystallized sugar, which is very different from other alternatives. It dissolves well in water and other drinks. If you just taste the sugar by itself there is a slight bitterness, but it’s still good. When I get to the bottom of my cup of tea, I start to taste more of the bitterness at the back of my throat, but it goes away quickly. I use about 1.5 tablespoons in a cup of tea or coffee and by using this instead of sugar I’ve been able to cut about 150 calories. Highly recommend and I’ll be using this for the rest of my life!

Absolutely love this sweetener and I'm very picky. No aftertaste.
