It's just a glass cleaning liquid. There is no water repellent property.

Good cleaner, cleans well and leaves no residue. But don't expect much water beading, like rainx.

This is one of the best you can get for your windshields. It has excellent hydrophobic effect. In extreme rains, the effect stays for a week and in moderate rains, it lasts around 15 days. Crystal clear glasses with its usage especially at night. Absolutely recommended.
