TI-84 Plus CE Graphing Calculator, Rose Curve Gold

I had to buy a TI-83 or TI-84 calculator for my college statistics class, and this is the one that I settled on. I ended up really loving this calculator, and it was perfect for my statistics class. It arrived in perfect condition and I never had any issues with it despite using it almost daily for months. The buttons worked very well and the screen quality was great. I would say if you have never used a TI-84 calculator before you should look up some YouTube videos for solving certain calculations and how to use certain features, because it seems overwhelming at first. However, after you understand how to use the product it is very easy and a great tool. I would also say to be mindful of the fact that the product has to be charged to work properly, and is not just battery powered. Overall, it is very durable and a great product altogether.

I know there are some discrepancies about whether or not the product has PYTHON. I went ahead ordered it hoping it did and mine came with python!!! I've only had it for a couple days so I cannot speak to everything about it, but the PYTHON feature is such a nice thing. It also came with an activation key for a 4 year subscription for TI 84 Plus CE online calculator. It has been 14 years aince I bought my last graphing calculator and this is such a nice and sleek improvement. Much lighter and the colored screen make a huge difference. I like that it is rechargeable and connects to my PC. I can tell ots going to take some getting used to, but it seems to be worth thr upgrade. (For reference, I still have my TI 84 plus silver edition). I will update this post if I encounter any issues.

Works well for my daughter's college. This was the recommended calculator and I see why. Its great and worth the money

My daughter loved the rose gold, it’s not easy to find in stock and other retailers would have it prices much higher just for the color. Amazon also charges about 20 more for this color, but oh well, it’s really cute. Works as expected. The black is competitive with other store pricing.

I used this calculator for chemistry, precalculus, calculus, and trigonometry. I highly recommend it. It came nicely packaged and the battery lasts long.

Great calculator for school and exams! This TI-84 Plus CE Python is amazing! It’s light, has a bright screen, and works super fast. Perfect for my daughter’s SAT and ACT prep! I got this for my daughter, and she absolutely loves it! It’s easy to use and approved for all her exams. The rose gold color is beautiful and unique. Setup was simple, and the battery lasts a long time. Very happy with this purchase.

Excellent calculator for school/college. If upgrading from a TI-84 Plus C, you will definitely see and feel the difference. While there might more powerful calculators out in the market the main advantage here when upgrading from a TI-84 is that it is the same look and feel so you can get to using it much faster. This particular model also can accept programs in Python which is nice. Unfortunately, it does not a port for an SD or micro SD card. This would have been nice to save programs aside from using the USB cable.

I had initially rented a TI-84 in black and white from my school's library. However, I found that I was not excited to use it which made the study of statistics more awful and painful. So I purchased this calculator to make the studying process more motivating and engaging...and it worked! I found myself wanting to use this much more as the colorful display is captivating. It is an absolutely beautiful calculator! There are many features that I did not use...such as uploading photos -- however, the feature I did use quite a bit was connecting the calculator by cable to my computer and taking screenshots of the graphs into my homework projects. This calculator allows for the selection of colors for different graphs and lines so it makes for interesting presentations. While it is costlier than the other TI-84 calculators with the black and white display...the extra cost difference is absolutely worth the investment. We're only as good as the tools we use and for people who may be more qualitative and believe they are likely to struggle in statistics (or quantitative classes in general), the novelty of this calculator will help increase the engagement level. Really nice calculator. Color is what whats shown. We ordered the rose gold color. Puchased for my daughter she says its easy to use. Very pleased with it. The color screen is a nice touch. Clear to read as well. Also arrived 8 days ealier by Canada Post then expected.

Needed this model for the kid's grade 10 math class. Cool colour.

Switched from a TI-84 to this TI-84 CE calculator and honestly was a great decision. It is super easy to use and the LED screen is perfect. I would say it is definitely worth the money and the battery life lasts insanely long!

Muy bien empaquetada, con instructivos. El problema es que, el software está configurado en inglés, entonces debes saber de tecnicismos y cosas por el estilo para hacer las cosas para las que sirve. Fuera de eso, no es muy accesible pero la encuentras a un precio moderado en comparación a otros lugares o cadenas comerciales que los revenden. Cumple muy bien su función pero es para usos muy específicos.

Could not be happier with this calculator. Haven't had one since high school, and I'm loving the aesthetics and overall function of this calculator. Perfect.
