Nu-Woman - Menstrual Cycle Support Supplement for Women with Magnesium, B6, Ginger & Dong Quai - Supports Comfort, Mood & Cycle Balance - 60 Tablets

Well…I’m a dork and didn’t realize this is something for younger women. I’m 51 year old gal and I can’t use this for me. So what to do? I handed it to my 28 yo daughter and she likes it. She likes it and says it gives her energy and she feels that it’s helpful to her. My complaint is that they need to make it clearer that it isn’t something for the older generations.

I am delighted with the effectiveness of this supplement, Nu-Woman by NuEthix. It has proven to be exactly what I needed to regulate my system and alleviate the persistent cramping I had been experiencing for several months. To be clear, I consulted my doctor, underwent a complete examination and lab tests. When the results were within normal ranges, my doctor suggested surgery. I had tried numerous other products claiming to help with cramps, but none worked until NuEthix Nu-Woman. It seems to have resolved my persistent cramping, and I no longer experience it. I appreciate that it does not contain black cohosh, an ingredient found in many other products. While black cohosh is beneficial for hormone support, I am unfortunately one of the few who experience excessive hair loss as a side effect. I hope the following list of ingredients will help youto decide if NuEthics Nu-Woma is right for you and your symptoms; Active Ingredients: Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate) - 10 mg (588% DV) Pantothenic acid (as Calcium-D-Pantothenate) - 25 mg (500% DV) Magnesium (as Magnesium Citrate and Magnesium Bisglycinate Chelate Buffered-Magnesium Bisglycinate Chelate, Magnesium Oxide (Albion®)) - 75 mg (18% DV) Zinc (as Zinc Oxide) - 5 mg (45% DV) Taurine - 100 mg Bupleurum Root Extract - 100 mg Schisandra Fruit Powder - 100 mg Fenugreek Seed Powder - 100 mg Shatavari Root Powder - 100 mg Poria Mycelium and Primordia Powder - 83 mg Ginger Root Extract - 75 mg Phosphatidyl Choline - 50 mg Dong Quai Root Extract - 50 mg Deglycyrrhizinated Licorice Root Extract - 50 mg Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate, Stearic Acid, Crospovidone, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide, Pharmaceutical Glaze (Shellac, Povidone).

I purchased this promising herbal concoction without thinking of the delivery method. These thick old school tablets are harder to digest and absorb than a tincture or capsule. It may be a great health-fortifying combo but I don't think my body will ever found out the extent of it.

NuEthix Nu-Woman is one of those supplements that's clearly made with a specific goal in mind: to help support the female hormonal system in a more natural and well-rounded way. It doesn’t throw in a thousand random ingredients like some “kitchen sink” formulas. Instead, it’s more focused, aiming to support things like cycle regularity, PMS comfort, and general hormonal balance. The ingredient list isn’t overloaded, which can actually be a good thing—sometimes less is more when it comes to hormonal support. From what’s suggested, this supplement likely includes familiar ingredients that are often used to help ease monthly symptoms, such as cramping, bloating, or irregular cycles, though a deeper look at the exact ingredient breakdown would be helpful for those with sensitivities or specific needs. It positions itself more as a hormonal helper than a miracle fix, which is refreshing. These types of formulas can be especially appealing if you're looking for something to gently nudge things back toward balance, whether that means reducing discomfort during your cycle or just giving your body some steady nutritional support. The idea seems to be more about helping your system work how it’s supposed to, rather than forcing change or offering instant symptom relief. In terms of personal experience, I didn’t notice a drastic change right away, but this is one of those things that usually works gradually, especially with hormone-related symptoms. I felt like it might have helped a bit with bloating and energy levels during the tougher days of my cycle, but it's subtle—not the kind of supplement that flips a switch overnight. It’s probably best seen as part of a bigger picture: staying hydrated, eating well, and managing stress all still matter. But as a gentle support tool, it’s not a bad addition to the routine if your cycle tends to throw you off each month. **As always, results can vary from person to person. Consulting a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement is advisable. Keep well (

I’ve tried several hormone support supplements over the years—some overloaded with ingredients, others with side effects that made me quit almost immediately. NuEthix Nu-Woman surprised me in the best way. It’s clean, focused, and doesn’t promise the moon. What it does do is offer a reliable, gentle nudge toward balance. I noticed a definite improvement in my monthly rhythm—less bloating, more stable energy, and a little more emotional evenness during what’s normally a rollercoaster week. No dramatic side effects, no weird aftertaste (it’s unflavored and easy to swallow), and most importantly, no hair loss or skin issues like I’ve had with some hormone blends that rely heavily on black cohosh or soy. This one is free of all that, which I appreciate. The blend feels intentional: magnesium, taurine, shatavari, dong quai, fenugreek—ingredients that make sense if you know anything about women’s hormone cycles. I also love that the company didn’t try to shove everything into one pill. Sometimes less is more, especially when dealing with something as sensitive as hormone health. This isn’t a miracle fix—but it’s solid support. If you’re dealing with hormonal imbalances, cramping, or irregular cycles, this could easily become a reliable part of your daily routine. I’ll be keeping it in mine.

I got these for my mother as she's been extremely fatigued, no energy, and doesn't have the motivation to go out and do things. Sadly this did not help that. She's stubborn and doesn't like doctors so I was hoping for an alternative solution to help her out and was hoping the reviews for this product were true. I guess I keep searching.

This supplement target to women has a few common vitamins and minerals in it as well as a few homeopathic supplements. The caplets are average sized and have a nice earthy s dnt to them. Suggested serving is 2 caplets per dose. They seem to help with my bloating g a bit during my monthly cycle but don't appear to have any other effects on me.

These seem to work well for my wife who has hormonal issues that started postpartum. She says they seem to make a difference after trying them for a week.
