It’s a good product. What’s even better is their customer service. My grinder’s main part / the bottom part stopped working and they replaced it for me quickly It’s good for making smoothies. Although i do notice some banana pieces at the bottom that don’t get mixed properly

Bought the blender in 2023. The product is great generally except for one issue which keeps repeating itself. The washer at the bottom between the base (which has the blade) and the plastic body gets damaged easily. If you keep opening the bottom to clean the blender properly the washer eventually gets damaged and starts leaking. In my experience maybe in a few months at most. Also the washer is fixed so it cannot be replaced. Once damaged you will have the get rid of the blender. So durability is a big issue.

We got a defective one. After charging fully, and trying to use it, it flashed red yellow. This combination is not in the manual. We tried to contact the company via website, whatsapp and phone. The only response we got was a generic whatsapp message. Each time we tried to tell them our issue, we just got the same generic whatsapp message back. Tried to replace with the replace possibility on Amazon, but it makes you wait for a call before moving forward. But they don't call. We have been waiting for hours, but no call. Update: we were finally able to get a replacement/exchange done, this time it works great. Still one problem, the new one we got did not have a cleaning kit in it.
