Fast, easy and quite flavorful. The pasta is chewy al dente texture the sauce is flavorful and creamy not gelatinous. I should have taken a picture but it smelt so good and I was hungry

Sweet & Savory. Reminds me of classic teriyaki flavored things I have had in the past. Absolutely zero spice. And absolutely no classic alfredo taste(Parmesan, Garlic). I guess the “Alfredo” in the name refers to the creaminess of the sauce. The noodles have a great texture. Since the ramen only requires 1 1/3 cups of water, it cooks very fast. I have tried every other flavor of Tangle by Samyang, but THIS is by far the best one. 10/10

Pretty good. I like my noodles soft so I boiled them longer. Also made it and let the sauce soak by putting it in the fridge to eat later. May use less water so I get more flavor. Did not seem spicy. Cannot handle Samyang's Buldak so I got this to try.

I fell in love with the Samyang Tangle line of noodles when I tried their Creamy Mushroom at an in-store event, and now that I've tried the Bulgogi Alfredo, I don't expect to waste any more of my calories on "regular" instant noodles, LOL. I love that Samyang is offering these umami-packed high-protein instant noodles that buck the trends by not being crazy-spicy but rather by being extremely satisfying in flavor, texture, and protein. The bulgogi still has a mild heat level. As always, I wish instant noodles included more "flakes", but these give just enough for a varied texture from veggies and/or little seitan chunks. I often toss in a few of my own extra veggies anyway. The sauce and powders mix very easily and consistently throughout. The packets and the bowls are perfect for keeping at work or taking for travel for a quick and satisfying meal

Still like the monofuku noodles better.

I really enjoyed these noodles. They were chewy and the sauce was the perfect amount of sweet and savory. Little tid bits of beef were a nice surprise too. Easy to make.

My son loves Ramen so I’m always looking to try something different. The bulgogi beef had a hint of spice and good flavor. The texture of the noodles and the sauce was good. However, the tiny beef pieces are completely unnecessary since you can’t even taste them, the small amount you get. You also get a very small serving of noodles for more than 4x the cost of what I normally buy. Is it better? Yes. It’s just too expensive for me.
