Came compressed but puffed up very quickly. Soft material feels good on the feet. The perfect firmness….soft but hard enough to keep its shape. Good height. Great value. I'll be interested to see how the cover washes in the future.

These came fully air sealed in a small box and upon removal we let it set and have time to expand in our bedroom on the floor for over a week… they never expanded to their form, I bought two, spending over $60 waiting for them to fully expand with in the stated time the company said 72 hrs .. do not buy this and don’t waste your $$$

This is a beautiful product that’s very comfortable and easy to set up. When I first arrived, I wasn’t sure what it was, and then I read the label, which stated that I should allow 72 hours for it to expand fully. As I carefully cut away the plastic that surrounded it, I saw that it was vacuum-sealed to shrink its size. As soon as I cut through the vacuum seal, it immediately started to grow in size, and it’s essentially a full-size ottoman almost instantly. I have never seen anything like this shipping technique. I’m impressed with the uniqueness of this item; the look and feel of it are excellent. It features a beautiful off-white design, with a soft, warm feel, and is very comfortable. The doctors keep saying that as you get older, you should sit with your feet raised and elevated to improve blood flow, and this is an excellent addition to my home.

This puffed up pretty well after a few days of waiting. It has a great width as it’s wide enough to rest comfortably while feeling very stable. The think I don’t love is the height, which I wish was a little bit taller to be closer to my couch cushion height. Even after pretty long term use, it maintains its shape well. It’s very lightweight and functional, with a soft texture and no odors.

The poof never proofed even after throwing it in my dryer…
