This was sent to someone as a gift . They loved it. Great selection.

So I figured it being Wisconsin Cheese it would be delicious but NO. It tastes like artificial cheese like its fake cheese or something. Kind of tastes like craft singles mixed with cheese wiz and it was not hard it was a soft cheese like a spreadable. Extremely disappointed with this and will never buy it again nor do I suggest you do. IF you want good cheese get you some Cabot

I like cheese. A lot. I was a little apprehensive about ordering unrefrigerated cheese, having it sit in the back of a delivery trucks in spring time temperatures for who knows how long, then sit on my doorstep until I could get to it. But as I said, I like cheese. A lot. And it's from Wisconsin. So I ordered it with only the faintest of thoughts in the back of my mind that I would die from some horrible foodborne illness because I bought and ate unrefrigerated cheese. Well, I ate all the cheese and I am still alive! The cheese was very tasty. I liked the variety, the taste, the texture. I was disappointed in the size of the packages, but only because I like cheese. A lot. I wanted more. I will be ordering more though.
