I have a subscription to this item and love this mouthwash. Being over 50 increases the odds of gum disease so this has been an integral part of my dental hygiene programs for several years. Pleasant taste and a little goes a long way.

This mouthwash was far better than I expected. My gums were irritated and swollen. From the first usage it was soothing and very refreshing. My gums calmed down and the swelling subsided in a couple of days with twice a day usage. The taste is very pleasant.

This mouthwash did not burn like some mouthwashes do, at least for me! I started using this about a year ago and I have noticed some improvement of my gums since! They definitely bleed less from flossing, which has always been a problem for me!
