Baby Crib Mobile & Projector with Music and Soothing Sounds

Unfortunately, our son had to be admitted to the PICU when he was 4 days old, but when we got there a nurse set this mobile up over his hospital bed/crib and it really was a life saver. Our poor guy went through multiple tests and blood draws and as long as this mobile was on, it really helped keep him calm. He loved it so much that we made sure that we bought it here on Amazon before we left the hospital. $100 seems steep, but it's totally worth it! He loves the music and the stars on the ceiling at night, and honestly the "waves" sound help put my husband and I to sleep as well when we were all sleeping in his hospital room. Overall, it's a great mobile and I highly recommend it.

My 1 year old suffered a massive heart attack due to several birth defects. This in turn caused severe brain injury. We originally discovered this mobile while he was inpatient at ochsner hospital, and for a while it was the only thing he would respond too. He lives the mirror ball, the shapes, lights, and all of the sounds. Since we bought one for him at home he is so much more at ease and relaxed, he stays focused and lucid for longer periods of time, he even tries to reach for the pictures from time to time (which would have beem impossible for him 3 months ago).

I was pretty skeptical about this mobile when we first got it but it has proven its worth. The mobile isn’t super cute but the music and sounds on it are really helpful and calming. We play the lullaby song every night and it’s a cue sleep. The other song we use as a wake up song and it works well. Baby loved looking at the pictures for a year. It’s been used well.

My baby used the mobile to help self soothe himself when he was in the hospital. When he came home it was an easy transition because all of the features on it. I can turn the light off and he can look at the stars while listening to a lullaby. The mirror is great because it promotes motor skills with both his hands and eyes. The physical and occupational therapist recommended this product. If you get this make sure you have a simple crib with no curves.

We bought this specifically due to our Child Life Specialists asked for it. When we inquired why they told us that being at LPCH they were part of the Child Life Team that got to help create this mobile. We will purchase more of these as they tell us they need them. Angels for Hearts is a non profit that helps pediatric heart patients and families regain a sense of normalcy in the hospital and during recovery. One way we do this is through our 'Wishes, Wants & Needs' program where Child Life can tell us what they need and we get it for them. We also work with Santa during the holidays to ensure the pediatric cardiac patients have items they need and sometimes a mobile is something a new parent may wish for. During the holidays we ask our Child Life Specialist what items they need for their patients mobiles are always a top item.

My son loved it When he was in children's hospital for 2 weeks. Before that we never could get him to pay attention to a mobile. Now it's his favorite thing to do and helped some sleep through the night. I highly recommend this product.

Expensive? YesMy baby loves it? Yes!We did not regret buying the Smart Crib Mobile, its great and has lots of features. My baby loves it! The only issue that it does not fit all cribs, please make sure this fits before buying.

Our newborn was admitted to the hospital for blue spells, and of course her sleeping in the crib was required. Problem is, she won’t sleep alone. Mom sleeps every night in the recliner. The nurse turned on this mobile, and she finally slept in the crib on her own! So of course we bought one before coming home. Pricey, but worth it to have safe sleep!
