God has BLESSED my rest! Sleep, nutrition, and exercise are the three things that are most important for ongoing good health. Do the research as I have and you will learn that this is a true statement! That said, I do also believe in a handful of supplements to help push my body into the right direction. Now Foods Magtein L-Threonate is a newer one I have added to my supplement stack. I did a lot of digging into research to see if this would possibly be a good fit for me. When I add a new supplement to my stack I use the product for 90-180 days before I decide if it's actually making a positive change in my life, however I'm excited to say that just in a couple of weeks I was experiencing a lot better sleep! I take one in the morning and two about an hour before bed. I seem to be able to fall asleep faster and get into my REM sleep and stay there for longer periods of time without disruptions. Yes, I still get up twice a night to use the bathroom "I'm a 50 year old male", however I fall back to sleep quickly without all the tossing and turning with thoughts of dread, because I may not be able to fall back to sleep as my old cycles went. I'm an extremely spiritual man, so as I always do when life throws me some curve balls "trials, tribulations, and adversity" I go to my God in prayer and ask Him to lead me to an answer. I believe that this was an answer to my prayers to be able to get better sleep at night and waking up in the morning refreshed and focused to start a new day. I do plane on doing at least a 180 day cycle of this product and then take a break to see if I will need to keep this in my stack for good or if I'm able to come off of it after a good reboot/recalibration sleep cycle period of time? I buy this product repeatedly. It helps me to sleep and keeps away the leg cramps that I often get.. I would recommend us. I am 156. I take two capsules a night.

I was not getting good sound sleep at night. A couple months ago I read an article that said that low magnesium levels can cause sleep problems especially as a person ages. I discovered Now Foods Magtein on Amazon and decided to try it as my magnesium source. I take two capsules at bedtime and one in the morning. I sleep soundly all night long now. I just ordered my 4th bottle and it works perfectly for me.

I’ve tried various forms of magnesium supplements, but NOW Brand Magtein has genuinely impressed me. Magtein is unique because it specifically helps calm down overactive glutamate in the brain, meaning it’s great if you're someone who struggles with overstimulation, stress, or caffeine jitters. What I can comment on is my buying experience and the Amazon ordering process. To that end, I found that the selection of the product right through to the product arrival was "just as advised," and I am happy that I received exactly what I ordered and in the time frame advised. One other comment I will make is that you have to look carefully at the listings you get from your searches. Be careful to go through past just the first few items at the top of the list, which are often paid-for recommendations by vendors, and not necessarily the best quality or the cheapest (if that is important to you). The product I selected was, for me, a good value for my money.

WOW, just ONE gelcap makes me REALLY sleepy. This stuff is powerful for _me_. The serving size is 3 capsules. People apparently get a long term cognitive boost; my neighbor Gearhardt swears it made him smarter. When I asked how, he stared at me for a long moment, as if consulting a new interior voice, then replied, “The thoughts are more obedient now.” I nodded politely. Ten out of ten for sedation. Zero out of ten for becoming the next Gearhardt.

There is no doubt that Magnesium L-threonate is the best form magnesium but it is bit costly than gluconate,but it is worth of buying. For better results need to take 4-5 capsules a day because elemental magnesium contain is only 144 mg and for adults more than 400 mg per day is required.
