A great product. I changed my normal beetroot product to this. It's more potent, it works, better lowers my blood pressure. This seems to be an effective product. I am unable to take it twice a day or every other day because it seems to lower my BP. This would be good for someone who needs that support. However, my BP is already low average.

I took it for a few days but then I had to stop for histamine reasons. Going to go back to taking it but I believe this is going to be a good product and well worth the money!

Rosabella Organic Beetroot is great. I have checked my BP since taking it, and it has trended lower.

I have been taking beet root for about 6 months now and for me, I can see a difference in my blood pressure. My blood pressure from 119/66 - 135/82 with one 145 slips in. my doctor is happy with it, NO meds. I have had no side effects. I take 2 capsules in the morning and I will stay on them as long as I need to. They are easy to take, I have not seen any sleep problems. They do kind of taste like dirt but, I don't breath when swallowing them.

I think it's really helping me with the oxygen in my blood flow. I'm more energetic,my feet aren't swelling like they used to. I'm getting a better night's sleep.
