I've been very happy with my seaweed. It shipped quickly and is very fresh.

The texture and flavor is amazing it’s a little bit on the soft chewy end, but in a good way. At first the flavor profile is smoky and savory with a light sea mist finish I don’t like fishy stuff and this stuff so amazing especially if combined with another flavor I’ve been putting it in kimchi and it’s amazing. I bought a lot of products from Maine coast see vegetables and I’ve never been disappointed.

Very tasty, great way to add some natural iodine to your diet. Especially important if you're using non-iodized salt aka sea salt in your cooking and food. It's not as smoky as I was hoping for...I realize naturally smoked products are subtler in smokiness than artificially smoked things...I prefer natural smoke..just would love to see a SUPER smoky dulse option in the future. I like to just sprinkle a little bit of this on our meals so we're adding that extra boost of nutrition to what we eat. I also have a non-smoked Dulse by the same company, delicious.

I really like the applewood smoked dulse. It gives a great, smokey, complex flavor. I usually shred this by hand and mix into salads. However, in this bag I have noted lots of little seashells/residue/particles stuck on the dulse. I wish the packaging would’ve alerted me to inspect the dulse before putting in food.

There’s a recipe on the bag where you combine it with grated carrots, mayonnaise and some other ingredients. Makes a delicious, super savory spread to put on a sandwich or on greens.
