Delicately beautiful
Real nice little model. I left the planking off to further show the intricate ribbing. Had the perfect shelf for it... gets the setting light.

Instructions are the worst.
Instructions suck. Would not get.

Directions are vague and are hard to interpret.
Pretty good model but you definitely need ship building experience. Pretty small parts. The directions are lacking any explanation of how it goes together just pictures the number to match up so you have to pay attention to the drawing very carefully and some of the steps are backward. You must pull the boat out of the frame before gluing the planks on. The building board and frame the you use to put the ribs is nice but use the CA apparently I do not glue the rib to the frame only to the base of the ships spine. Stand the planks down thinner to help contour to the ship shape soak it in water after you stand them thinner and use your fingers to shape it to the side of the boat then starting at the bow glue onto your way back. Other than that, the boat goes together well. I used plastic saw dust wood filler wood. To fill any gaps in the planking. Also take great care when removing parts from frame as they are very thin and break easily, but they are repairable if crack or break something. Overall, I am pretty happy the way it turned out and the price was good.

what a waste
This should be a great kit. It is nicely laser cut but only contained 2 pages of parts description. Quite redundant as parts are labelled. But then no instructions at all! Also the "sails" consisted of a square of cloth, but no information of size or shape or construction or attachment to masts. What a shame ! Could have been a neat kit, but I doubt most buyers will complete it!
