These sensors work really well and are easy to set up with the phone app. The hub is equally easy to set up. Paired with one of Yolink's motorized water shut-off valves, my home is well protected against leaking water and burst water lines.

Not too difficult to set up. We haven't had a leak yet, so I don't know for sure that it works. However, I did test each sensor by putting a damp paper towel on them, and they all worked properly. So, I'm feeling much better about going out of town during winter.

Fantastic product! Got an alert last week from the sensor in my water heater closet, had just barely begun to leak. It would’ve taken probably weeks for me to find out otherwise. Got a new water heater installed yesterday. Saved me a lot on floor and wall damage and who knows what else. Well worth the money!

Bottom line: These work perfectly, as advertised, which gives me a great feeling of security. Background: I'm a snowbird, and I put these sensors in the home I'm away from for 5 months a year. I have a house watcher, and the water is supposed to be turned off except when he's there for a check. I have a sensor by the water heater, under every sink, and under each toilet. Set-up was super easy and fast. I used a damp paper towel to test every sensor after installation (no fails - perfect response). I got an alert this summer from one of the toilets and asked my house watcher to check it out. He looked at the sensor in question and said it was dry. Hmm.....what happened? When I got back to the house I flushed the toilet and aha.....the tube in the toilet tank that refills water had somehow come loose, and water was dribbling down the back of the toilet to the floor and hitting the sensor. So....the sensor worked. There was a non-impactful leak (thank God) - it only triggered when the house watcher turned the water to the house on and did a toilet flush, but the sensors were correct and it allowed me to fix the tube immediately. For peace of mind, I can strongly suggest these sensors. Easy to install, easy to fit in places where leaks can occur, and they accurately report leaks. I have recommended these sensor to friends who need similar protection.
