We LOOOVE this stuff. I try to do a low carb diet and traditional oyster sauce has sooooo much sugar, but these are way lower in sugar and still taste great ! They could be pretty pricey so we wait til they have a sale because we go through them so fast. It’s a great versatile sauce for green beans and beech mushrooms. In a wok I put in trimmed green beans and beech mushrooms, with a spray of coconut oil for flavor. Than I put in some fish sauce, and the oyster sauce and fry it up. Sooo good ! Also I add a tiny bit of roasted sesame oil to finish off. My family loves it when I make this. It’s really easy to use and you could do veggies, make some stir fry, or a steak sauce. It’s really awesome stuff !
