This product is awesome. My first time using it and it really took away all the green algae on the siding of my home. It was easy to assemble and use and I’ve put it in my cart for next spring. No need to call or buy a spraying company or tool. Awesome. 😎 🤩

This product is the best. My neighbor was the one who told me about it and showed me you spray it on your house. You wait like 20 minutes half hour then you hose it off and your house is just as good as it was power washed. it's so easy so simple and looks so professionally done afterwards. It is well worth the purchase..

The product works very well without having to scrub. I had an area up high towards the back of my house. (3 stories with walkout basement). My extension ladder was simply not long enough to reach with the power washer wand. I have good water pressure though, so with the fan nozzle removed, I was able to get about a 25’ stream with this product. I let it soak for about 4-5 mins, then flipped the nozzle to rinse. The green mildew simply rinsed off down the siding. I will say, the bottle empties out quick. If you think you need 1 bottle, get 2. If 2, get 4. Overall though, an excellent product that resolved the frustration of not being able to reach that remaining upper corner with the power washer. Definitely recommend.

this stuff is AMAZING, had mold/black stains 20ft+ on my house, the jugs come with a sprayer that reached 30ft nearly with good spray and no scrubbing required, this smells just like bleach but does the job quickly with little to no scrubbing needed!

I had high hopes for this outdoor cleaner, and I have to give credit where it's due, it does clean effectively. The formula removed mold and mildew from my siding and gutters without requiring excessive scrubbing, which was a definite plus. However, the major issue I encountered was the astonishing amount of product required for even a modest cleaning job. My house is only about 50 feet long, and I went through two full bottles just to clean the gutters and siding on the back of my house. That's it – just one side. What makes this particularly frustrating is that the nozzle design sprays out the product in a wide pattern that you have absolutely no control over. There's no way to adjust the spray to be more targeted or conservative. At this rate, I would need approximately six more bottles to finish the remaining three sides of my house, which makes this product prohibitively expensive for regular use. The bottom line: while the cleaning power is there, the inefficient application method makes this product a poor value. I cannot recommend it to homeowners looking for a cost-effective solution unless you're prepared to spend a fortune on refills for even an average-sized home. Save your money and look for a cleaner that either comes in concentrate form or has a more controllable application system.

I have yellow-colored vinyl siding, and in reading the reviews, some colored sidings report fading and paint damage. Almost all positive reviews on here have been from white-colored vinyl. My siding is yellow, hence the concern. In being cautious, I first spot tested (solution and rinse) a very small, 8x10 picture-frame size on my vinyl siding. In case there was damage, it would be a very small spot. Waited an hour. It was fine/no fading. So I tested a larger area (1/4 of the wall). Waited a 2 hours for it to dry in the sun and still no fading! The video attached is the test spot of the larger area. I then proceeded ahead with confidence and finished the entire side. Literally, the algae and dirt faded in minutes before my eyes! By the time I got to the other end of the wall with the solution, the other side where I first started was already clear of algae and dirt! For colored vinyls siding like mines, please do spot test first, as every situation may vary. But please don’t feel discouraged—this positive review was with a yellow colored house! My siding has not been painted over to my knowledge, they are the original factory color. Perhaps the damage is happening to sidings that have been painted over? Pros and Con’s below. Pros, what I love about this product: You do not need a pressure washer. You simply just attach it to your water hose. This product was easy to work with and FAST at cleaning (literally within minutes!). It really does look great afterwards. Cons: Ideally you do need a long hose if your outside spigot is not conveniently located on the same side you’re washing. Nozzle must have a jet stream or similar option. The shower option you’d normally use on your nozzle to water your plants will not work. You also may need a ladder to reach up high. Jet stream could not reach the attic height siding of the house. Smells like bleach. Be careful around plants/lawn/open windows/ac units if they are right alongside your house. Cover your flowers & outside ac’s with a tarp or trash bag, and close all windows prior to hosing around those areas. Wear a mask if needed, as the smell could be strong for some folks. For me, only one side of my house needed to be washed down, and it took 2 bottles to do (honestly I could’ve used the 3rd bottle also for a more thorough wash around all the nooks and crannies). I bought the 3 pack. If I did my whole house (entire 4 sides, facia & front steps), I’d have to buy 10-12 bottles in total. Still cheaper than hiring someone to come out to pressure wash the house. I’ve gotten quotes up to $1200 to pressure wash my raised ranch, but buying 10-12 bottles to DIY is not something you can buy on a whim either ($50 for 3 bottles X 4 = 12 bottles is $200). Prevention. How long it will help the siding to stay clean is yet to be determined.

I am very impressed. My house was green, like more than half was covered in green! And the moss had started growing. I live in a swampy area surrounded by trees so the green slime grows on everything. This took off 90% of it. Spray on,let sit. The stubborn areas I brushed lightly with a soft bristle car wash brush. I did use a 2nd hose for rinsing because the stream from the "rinse" option on the bottle is poor. My bottles did come with slight leaks as others have stated. But I believe its a shipping/packing/handling problem Notes... #1 You will need WAY more than you think. A jug goes fast. One jug did about a 30' section depending on how thick the bgunk is #2 I did find it way cheaper in bigger jugs at my local hardware store #3 It needs a lot of rinsing #4 wear crappy clothes. It is bleach based and will bleach your clothes.

I had high hopes for the 30 seconds cleaner based on the marketing and positive reviews, but my experience was disappointing. I purchased the 2-pack with the hose-end sprayer to clean algae, mildew, and general outdoor staining from my patio, siding, and concrete surfaces. While it did provide some improvement, the results fell well short of the "spray and walk away" performance that is heavily advertised. The hose-end sprayer was easy enough to attach and use, but I found it difficult to get consistent coverage. The product seemed to run through very quickly, especially when covering larger areas. For the price of the two-pack, I expected better coverage and more cleaning power. As for effectiveness, it did lighten some mildew stains and surface discoloration, but many areas required multiple applications and additional scrubbing to achieve acceptable results. Some of the darker algae stains on concrete and brick showed very little improvement even after following the directions carefully. If I'm still having to scrub extensively, it defeats much of the convenience factor that attracted me to this product in the first place. Another downside is the strong chemical odor. While outdoor cleaning products are rarely pleasant smelling, this one was particularly harsh and lingered longer than expected. I also found myself being very cautious around nearby plants and landscaping despite the product's claims regarding outdoor use. The biggest disappointment was the overall value. Between the amount of product used and the mediocre results, I don't feel like it delivered enough cleaning power to justify the cost. I've used other outdoor cleaners and even diluted household solutions that produced similar or better results for less money. To be fair, it did remove some light surface mildew and fresh staining, and the hose-end application is convenient. However, if you're dealing with anything beyond minor discoloration or light buildup, don't expect dramatic results. You may still need significant scrubbing, multiple treatments, or a pressure washer to get the surfaces truly clean. Overall, this product wasn't a complete failure, but it certainly didn't live up to expectations. For light maintenance cleaning it may be adequate, but for tougher algae, mold, and mildew stains, I found it underpowered and overpriced. I would not purchase it again.

It’s called 30 seconds but you have to leave it on the surface being cleaned for 15 minutes. Works very well. I will definitely buy more.

I bought to bottles to do cleaning of external walls around my house. I found it extremely effective on algae, turning the algae from green to brown/yellow very quickly which I take is a good sign that it’s killing the algae, making it easy to subsequent removal. I also used it to clean mouldy walls and it was also very effective. The bottles came with a hose attachment but it wasn’t compatible with my tap fittings as I am not in the US. However, I poured the solution into a handheld sprayer and sprayed the walls by hand and it worked well. Although you can hose off the solution with a garden hose, I recommend waiting a few minutes for the solution to work and then use a high pressure water hose. Wear a mask as it does give off some fumes. Worked well and I would recommend its suitability as described.

Product does a super job on vinyl siding. I am very pleased with results. It does take a lot of product to do a house .
