Assembly instructions could be better
Just got this bike today. It took a couple hours to assemble it. No paper manual and video was too fast on each steps. Appearance wise the bike is beautiful and sturdy. Will maybe give a 5 once I take it out for a spin. Update: this bike is amazing! Has nice kick to it. I used it to DoorDash on weekends from, battery is really good! Overall it’s an amazing first e-bike for me. Only thing I’d change in it is where they place the key access to be placed on top instead of underneath the battery area.

My experience after 300 miles (my first ebike)
I really like the design of this bike. The BMX-style frame was one of the things that immediately caught my attention. Another big selling point for me was the claimed 400-pound weight capacity. I only weigh around 160 pounds, but I wanted something that felt sturdy and built to last. The bike also comes with hydraulic brakes, a horn, a headlight, and even turn signals. I don’t use the turn signals very often, but it’s a nice feature to have. The fat tires give it a really cool look and make the bike feel substantial. I’ve taken it to work and to friends’ houses, and pretty much everyone comments on how good it looks and asks how much I paid for it. Assembly & Build Quality Assembly took me about 45 minutes, which isn’t bad at all, especially since I already have some experience with hand tools. The paint job was surprisingly nice, and the folding mechanism works exactly as it should. I’ve actually been using the folding feature quite a bit, so that’s been more useful than I originally expected. The bike is definitely on the heavier side, so don’t expect it to be super light. However, compared with many other e-bikes, I don’t think the weight is unreasonable considering the size, frame, and fat tires. Speed & Battery Life One of the most common questions I get is: “How fast does it actually go?” I’ve managed to reach around 40 mph going downhill using pedal assist, although I definitely didn’t feel very safe going that fast. On normal riding, I obviously wouldn’t recommend trying to reach those speeds. As for the battery, I’ve tried to conserve it as much as possible, and the best range I’ve gotten is around 40 miles. full throttle has gotten me around 22 miles. Your actual range will obviously depend on your weight, terrain, speed, assist level, and riding conditions. Charging from completely empty to 100% takes me approximately 5–7 hours. The Shimano gearing that comes with the bike has worked pretty well for me. The seat, however, isn’t particularly comfortable. I’d recommend upgrading the saddle if you’re planning on doing longer rides. Things I Don’t Like The biggest disappointment for me is the front suspension. It isn’t terrible, but it isn’t particularly good either. If you can find a quality suspension upgrade that fits this bike, I think it would make a noticeable difference in ride comfort. I’d also recommend replacing the stock fat tires fairly soon. They look great, but the tires feel cheap and the rubber is pretty thin. Better-quality tires would give me more confidence, especially for off-road riding. I also experienced a factory issue with the brake sensor. The bike was detecting that the brake was being pressed even when it wasn’t, which prevented me from using the accelerator. It became really annoying. I ended up disconnecting the brake sensor, although I’d recommend contacting the manufacturer or properly diagnosing the issue before doing anything like that yourself. I think this is something the company should look into. Another quality-control issue I noticed is that I can’t get the front wheel perfectly centered in the fork. It’s slightly off to one side. It hasn’t caused me any noticeable handling problems, but it’s still something that shouldn’t happen on a new bike. The saddle also kept coming loose, which required me to continually tighten it. Finally, the brake rotors aren’t perfectly aligned. As they spin, they occasionally make contact with the brake pads. It hasn’t affected the stopping power or bothered me enough to fix immediately, but again, it’s another example of the quality-control issues I’ve noticed. Final Thoughts Would I recommend this bike? Yes. If you’re looking for an affordable e-bike for commuting, I think the Jasion Hunter Pro is a great option. I’ve ridden it to work, to friends’ houses, and even taken it onto some trails, and overall it has performed well. Just don’t expect it to perform like a $2,000+ premium e-bike. There are definitely areas where the manufacturer cut costs, particularly the suspension, tires, saddle, and some of the component alignment. That said, when you consider how much you get for the price, I think it’s a pretty impressive package. I’ve seen regular bicycles without motors that cost more than this bike. The Hunter Pro gives you a fat-tire BMX-style frame, hydraulic brakes, lights, a horn, turn signals, folding capability, and a decent amount of power while staying in a much more affordable price range. If you’re on a budget and want an e-bike that can handle commuting and some light off-road riding, I think Jasion did a pretty good job targeting the under-$2,000 market. You’ll probably want to make a few upgrades over time, but the money you save on gas can help make those upgrades worthwhile in the long run. Overall: A great budget e-bike with a few quality-control issues, but still one I’d recommend. PS I used AI to polish up this review because English is not my first language. I hope this helps guys have fun and be safe.

Good purchase with a good experience
I personally like this ebike. Had dor about a year with no problems. I was hesitant to purchase after reading some bad reviews but I gave it shot and have not been disappointed. It doesn't come with hydraulic brakes but the mechanical stock ones work just as good IMO. Good budget bike that can be easily maintained if you have the know-how

Customer Service
This is my first review since I usually do not write them. I purchased a Jasion Hunter x bike and it worked great for about 2 months. It then started not to work and would shut down. It’s still under warranty and they want me to pay $80 for new battery. They sent a link and it would not process properly. You can’t talk to any reps. I just want it to work and it won’t. We are now going on several months and still nothing. Customer service is absolutely terrible. Do not waste your money on Jasion and buy another product.

Price and Quality
First off let me say that I've been a biker for my whole life. I didn't by a cheaper ebike to compare to my 4k carbon bike. I wanted something to have fun and enjoy nature when I didn't feel like punishing myself on a 20 mile ride. Excellent design and options considering this is a 1K Jasion X-Hunter. In my world, I would replace many cheap parts, and nobody offered exactly what I wanted. So, I bought this X-Hunter and made the changes. It's fast, it's powerful, the battery is strong, and it's a fantastic start to an obscure race to the top with ebikes. I've put this bike through it's paces, both gnarly hills and rough terrain, and it performed admirably. These bikes aren't made to go up hills like a mountain bike, I would say they are more for rolling terrain and urban outings, but again I have gone places I would normally only go with my mountain bike and I'm impressed...BUT....keep reading. I would give this bike 3 stars for many reasons...mostly that the parts are cheap, but given the price and customer response time I give it a 5. What I upgraded. 1. Newer 5 speed shifter (trigger shifter) not the junk that the bike comes with. 2. Newer 5 speed freewheel (that is the rear cassette/gears) 3. Newer derailleur, (the one that comes with the bike is embarrassingly GARBAGE, please Jasion, replace the Shifter and derailleur. For $20 dollars more you can have a tried and true brand component that works! 4. Zoom Ebike hydraulic 2 piston brakes, this should be standard, but a MUST upgrade. I will take a picture of my upgraded version soon. I will be upgrading the cranks and the front form eventually. Warning and Notes, the pedals should be replaced ASAP, and please please go through each bike component and tighten them ALL! Wear a helmet, and don't mess with the computer. This bike is set up perfectly, if you insist on going 30 miles an hour on a 1K ebike then it's your call. I would like to add that I also gave Jasion 5 stars because I feel that a good company will better their bikes over time and I hope they do, this is a solid ebike and I'll be buying another one for my wife.

It's very fast.
So far so good 👍. It goes really fast so you gotta be aware when you start the bike and go to hold on tight. I got a different seat bc the seat was a little hard but overall it's really a great bike.

So far so good!
Good and sturdy. Fun to ride. Bought for nature trail riding and hunting. Giving 4 stars because the weather since it has been delivered hasn't been conducive for testing out in the woods. Hopefully will get 5 stars once weather improves!

Fun bike but came with issues.
Great bike. Enjoyed the bike. Riding it was a lot of fun. I bought one for myself and for my wife. I would of Gave it 5 stars except both bikes came with issues. The first one came with a hole in the front tube. Lucky I bought a repair kit and was able to patch the hole once I found it. It was easy but I paid a lot of money for a bike to come damaged. The other bike had seized bolts of the front brake. Needed to use an impact to get them off. It ended up stripping the bolt so will be very hard to ever get off again. If you need to assemble many parts, why would you tighten the bolts so tight that no one can get them off. We do really like and enjoy the bikes but the fact that both came with issues and the one with damage really annoys me and makes me not wanna buy me his brand again.

Very pleased with our Jasion X-Hunter e bikes
My boyfriend and I just purchased these bikes and are over the moon happy with our purchase! He is 6’3” and I’m 5’3” and the bikes are a good fit for both of us. We have gone as far as 20kms and still lots of charge on the batteries. The bikes handle very well, they are sturdy and the controls are easy to learn and operate. We highly recommend these bikes to anyone who’s in the market for a well designed, affordable e-bike!
