Is this made of A2 milk?

Apologies, but I have never heard of "A2 milk." However, I have always enjoyed toffee and milk chocolate and Enstrom's is my favorite. A couple of years ago I visited the Enstrom facilities in Grand Junction Colorado.

I’m sending this as a gift, I don’t want a receipt to go with it and didn’t see options for a gift note. What do I do.

I've received a number of these as gifts and they did not ever contain a receipt. They also send no clue as to who might be sending them. No identification at all. I still wonder who sends them.
