tastes ok, no smell, a bit watery - will try heating in a pan if dries up a bit. Low calorie!

Tapioca texture
I've used the noodles before and they are good. The rice though is like pouring tapioca in your dish. It's not got any flavor which is ok, but the texture is something that doesn't go well with dishes that should have rice.

Decent rice substitute but not for everyone.
If you like the texture of konjac, this is great! Fiber content is high, so watch how much you eat. Single sized portions are good, and heating is easy. The packages are pretty watery though requiring straining (unless you like your rice watery). Decent rice substitute.
