Plantar Fasciitis Tape, Foot Soreness Relief System, 8 Applications

Really helped make me feel more comfortable doing agility training after an injury. it tells you just how to apply the tape and was super easy to apply. My only critique is that it tends to come off quite easily while i’m still doing exercises, but my socks normally keep it secure and the peeling doesn’t affect the bottom piece of tape on the foot, where my injury was. i recommend these for anyone with plantar fasciitis or any other issues with the bottom of the foot!

High arches? Plantar Faciitis? Heel spur? GET THIS! I have high arches which cause plantar fasciitis and one heck of a painful heel spur, and with age and trying to stay active and do dog sports it’s been so painful. I have spent hundreds on good shoes (which help) and good inserts (which helped) and to the podiatrist who diagnosed the problem and explained how it happened, which helped. But the stiff inserts for my high arches which were custom made…I ended up taking some bad falls running because they threw me off balance. The pain was agonizing. I kept searching for answers. As a last resort I tried this KT tape. I watched YouTube videos on how to place it and how much to stretch it etc. I went from being in so much pain on one foot, that I could only walk only on outside of my foot and that even killed me, to…3 days later I think I’ll be running by the end of the week. I INSTANTLY got relief because my own fascia wasn’t being stretched. First day I could walk normal with pain going from an 8 to a 2. Second day forgetting at times I had pain. Third day, can walk and even use my foot to push off. This stuff is amazing. That it is precut is so helpful. Please do yourself a favor and get this. Make sure your foot is maybe not quite at 90 degree as you stretch it from ball of your foot to ankle. Then when you put your foot down the tape is really working for you. If you’re reading this you’re in pain. Just buy it already. Life is too short! I’ll just wear this the rest of my life. Who cares, it keeps me pain free. Pain sucks!

Seriously helps my flare ups! Instructions are easy to follow. I wear it at night in bed and wake up with little pain. The comfort lasts the rest of the day. I just wish that it was as sticky as normal KT tape. The only way it lasts is if I don’t walk around as normal. Otherwise, great for value and seriously does help!

This actually worked to relieve some pain during the day, and was still comfortable at night. My pain was exclusively on the bottom of my heel toward the inside of my foot. If you put it on correctly, it provides a very gentle stretch so your foot is ever so slightly flexed most of the time. The longest I had it on was two days, and it stayed in place with only a little rolling at the tabs on the heel. I was wearing sox most of the time and not doing strenuous exercise. I didn't test it during a shower, though. Application was a little tricky the first couple times. It's important that you're holding your foot at the correct angle, or it doesn't work as intended. Take it slow, and only peel the backing off a little at a time making sure it adheres before moving on.

Didn’t provide any relief and did not stay in place during 1hr of tennis. Instruction on box are different from video instructions on the brands website. Update: KT did reach out to resolve the issue and offered a full refund for the dissatisfaction with the product. Deeply appreciate seeing this level of customer service!

The smaller strips make application to my foot quick and easy. Stays on just fine.

I bought this at CVS and it was defective, so I thought I'd order on Amazon. I received it today and it is also a defective product. The Arch Strip cannot be peeled away from the center as illustrated in the directions card, which is included, and also in the video which I've watched a number of times. I like the tape but have to carefully cut the sticky paper backing the middle in order to not cut the arch strip since the tape is not able to be peeled in the middle for easy application. Great product; just defective. Too bad.

The product was sticky and well labeled. It did not function the way that it was supposed to when I wore them. It was easy to store the box. I don't think I would but them again.

Hand to apply by yourself. So you need another person. The tape just bunches up and you can’t fix it so it’s a waste of money. Tape is not form it wrinkle quickly. Sorry not a good buy.
