Yes, the bags are small, but it literally tells you how many ounces it is. I bought it to make the Dubai Chocolate (of course). Personally, I thought it was the perfect size bag for a โtrail runโ of making Dubai Chocolate. The molds I got are on the smaller side so I didnโt use all of the kataifi mixture, but it was surely more than enough. I got 3 bars made, I probably used 1/4 to about 1/2 of the bag. So I have a lot left over yet, and can probably make 3-4 more bars! The kataifi itself was really good, nice and crunchy which I assume that means itโs fresh. I think it was a reasonable price considering itโs not common in the US (at least where Iโm from). Toasting it up on the stove with some butter was super easy, only took like 5 minutes! It added a nice toasted flavor. I overall and pleased with this purchase and definitely recommend buying! The only thing Iโll say is, if youโre expecting a BIG bag of kataifi this is not what you want lol, but it contains a decent amount to get you a few bars! I would have added a picture but I was too excited when I got it and forgot to take one lol.
