Is it dilutable?

I dilute the 5% solution 1:6 when I spray it on the leaves of plants (1 part Orange Guard to 6 parts water).  Also be sure to test a leaf with the pests you are trying to eliminate before committing the entire plant. Just pick an infested leaf, inspect it with a microscope (I have one that fits over the lens of my smart phone), place the leaf in a dry sink and then mist both side to the leaf. Wait a few minutes then inspect the leaf to see if the pests are DEAD. If the pest are dead, then try a small section of a living plant that has infestation. I always wait until the plants are not in the direct light, as many plants are sensitive to solutions on their leaves and baked in the sun or grow lights.

Does this work well with flea problems

This stuff is amazing, i am very sensitive to flea bites and for some reason i cant get around without them finding me to bite on. This has prevented me from bringing any home or allowing them to live long enough to lay eggs. I use it on my vehicle floor mats, my entry way rugs and my carpets.  I have been using it now about 10 years and wouldnt be without it.  If you are already infested it may take awhile to conquer your problem as you need eggs to hatch to kill the fleas. But this stuff works!

What's in the rest 94% inert ingredients?  Wonder if they're very safe for around kids.  Thank you!

I have not been able to determine the inert ingredients other than this statement "All ingredients in Orange Guard meet the G.R.A.S. (generally recognized as safe) standard set by FDA.  d-Limonene is approved by the FDA as a food additive, and is found in products such as fruit cakes, cleaners, degreasers, air fresheners and pet shampoos. Orange Guard is 100% biodegradable and water-s". We are now using EcoSmart organic insect repellent which claims all natural and 100% child and pet safe. We have no children but are using it around pets. We are always cautious and try to research as much as possible. Hope this helps.

Does this come with a spray nozzle?

This container did not come with a spray nozzle.  I used it to refill another spray bottle that I already had.
