I am 80 years young, I put this chair together myself. Its very comfortable and the heat and massage are just right. Its a little high for my 5 foot height, but I put a foot stool and its going to work out just fine. Love it. Very easy to put together. I used a battery powered screwdriver. Then tightened all screws down by hand.

Great chair!

I bought this chair only two months ago, and it has already broken with minimal use. I barely leaned back, and the backrest snapped! I expected it to last much longer, especially given the price. It was comfortable at first, but the poor build quality became obvious quickly. Definitely not worth the money — I would not recommend this chair unless the manufacturer improves the quality and durability.

The char is good quality, the vibration is strong and the function is good. However there are issues. You can feel the vibration motors in the seat way too much. Making sitting in this chair all day an uncomfortable situation. Also no matter how tight I get the adjustment knob for the adjustable back and pressure put on the arm rest will allow it to slip down, making it hard to keep the comfortable position. The chair is easy to assemble and unfortunately easy to disassemble and return.

The head vibrating is a good idea. The leg rest isn't mechanical which is a let down. A very awkward leg rest. They should try again. I would buy one for home, need a better quality.

This chair is very sturdy! The wheels are really good and sturdy. The massage feels amazing and the heat feels great too. Definitely worth it!!

I am a little disappointed in this chair given the price. The heat feature is minimal, the massage is rough and the chair is so uncomfortable. You can feel large lumps in seat of the chair and the lumbar region . My back has hurt more since purchasing this chair than it did in my $50 Walmart chair.
