I have now used your one person sauna for a year and feel that I can honestly give an excellent review of your product My sauna arrived on January 14, 2025 and we were very excited. We unpacked the box and discovered that one of the glass door hinges had been damaged during shipment. I then contacted you about it, sending pictures for you to see for yourself. You then asked for information about the shipping container which I sent you and within three days new hinges were delivered. I was totally impressed with your customer service and bragged about you to my friends and family. With the new hinge in hand we then set about assembling our new sauna. It was very easy to put together by simply following the installation guide. When we plugged it in to use it for the first time I heard a repetitive beeping sound and was quite puzzled by it. Reading the installation guide revealed that this was an alarm built into the electronics system telling me that there was a loose wire in one of the speakers. Sure enough as I looked closely I saw it. So, I unplugged the sauna and applied a bit of solder to the one loose wire connection. When I plugged the sauna back in no more beeping was heard. Again, I was totally impressed with the way your engineers anticipated this possible type of problem, no doubt likely caused during the shipping process, and included the solution in the installation guide. I again concluded that your customer service and quality control process was outstanding. Now, as to using the sauna I found that it warmed quickly to the desired temperature and held it during the duration of my time inside. All features worked as advertised and I have had no complaints at all during the past year. Given the high quality materials used in the manufacturing process for your product I’m confident that my one person sauna will continue to serve my needs for years to come. And should the need arise to require its replacement, then I know where to come to buy another. Given the outstanding customer service your company provides along with the very high quality materials used to make your sauna I am confident that your business with thrive. Thank you very much for making such a good sauna. I enjoy using it on a very regular basis.

The sauna was very easy to set up and run. It is built very well and works Great!! It has some nice features like an MP3 player and mood lights and spotlight. The wood is very nice and the glass door are a Great feature...I would recommend buying one. And also the unit heats up fast with 1350 watts....

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent 1-Person Sauna – Great Heat & Easy Assembly I recently purchased the 1-person sauna from Homesido, and I’m extremely happy with it. The assembly was very easy and straightforward. All the parts fit well, and I was able to set it up without any issues. What impressed me the most is the heat performance. The sauna heats up really well and reaches the desired temperature in about 20 minutes, which is perfect when you want a relaxing session without waiting too long. Once it’s hot, the heat feels consistent and comfortable. It’s also the perfect size for one person, making it ideal for a home setup without taking up too much space. The build quality feels solid, and it creates a very relaxing experience. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a compact home sauna that works well and is easy to assemble.

This seems like a great sauna, and was fairly easy to put together with at least two adults. It came is 3 large boxes and was delivered on palettes. In hind sight, I would have paid for the expert installation team. The sauna takes quite a while to heat up- I’d say at least 30 minutes to get to a higher degree ~ 125 F. I also bought an extra red light panel to use with it, as I wanted extra red light and this one is equipped with a small overhead panel. Uses regular electricity. Overall was a great purchase for the cost! I would recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars I am absolutely in love with this sauna! It was the perfect addition to my home and has completely transformed an unused room into my own personal wellness retreat. The sauna heats up well, is easy to operate, and feels sturdy and well-made. Assembly was straightforward, and once it was set up, I customized the surrounding space to create a relaxing spa-like atmosphere. The size is perfect for home use, and I love being able to enjoy a sauna session whenever I want without leaving the house. I've already noticed how much I look forward to using it, and it has quickly become one of my favorite purchases. If you're considering a home sauna, I highly recommend this one. It looks beautiful, works great, and has exceeded my expectations. Definitely worth the investment!

Received within 4 days (2 boxes), assembled it quickly, heated to 149° F in 25 minutes. I liked how all the panels arrived completely assembled, only needing to be snapped together. The top dust cover was slightly damaged during shipment but it doesn’t show and is of no consequence to me. It was very well packed - there are a lot of packing materials that need recycled/disposed. Two people are advised for assembly but you don’t need to be strong (a 70 and 30 year old woman had no problems putting this together on their own). The boxes are heavy - you must be strong to lift and move them. One snap catch was bent and I used needle nose pliers to straighten it. If I hadn’t been careful I might have broken it. The door was already attached and has a weatherstrip around it that seals well. The only things we needed to screw on was the oxygen ionizer (which may remove odors), the wood door handle, the cup holder, and the magazine holder (we didn’t install this). Everything else was fastened by the side panel snaps or plugs. You barely needed the directions, it was intuitive. The Bluetooth connected and speakers sounded great. Temperature display switched from °C to °F. The electrical cord was 6’ long (attached to the top). I purchased separately a curved back seat rest (see photo) and since I’m a 5’6” woman I had room to slide forward on the seat to use this, but a taller person might find their knees touched the front if they slid forward. This had an exterior width of 27” and my shoulders fit, but a bigger person might want to buy the wider version. The inside wood is unfinished and it’s recommended to put a towel on the bench and floor to prevent sweat from dripping on it. It really looks great and functions well - we couldn’t be more satisfied!

I am very happy with the sauna. I was new to Sauna so here are a few things I learned for infrared sauna: It is best to wear only cotton underwear or nothing for maximum penetration and sweating. I am doing temp 125F for 20-30 minutes and am soaking wet when done. I wear a loose cap over my hair to keep my hair from getting hot. A plastic water bottle does not get hot in the spa so you can keep it in the cup holder and have cool water during the treatment. The FM radio works great Customer service was excellent. I did contact them with questions and they were very responsive. The spa is easy to put together and is structurally sound. The wood is very attractive and smells nice. According to my fitness tracker, I'm in heart zone 2 (aerobic) during the session. Overall excellent value and results. Update: I've had and used regularly now for about 9 months. It is located in a well insulated garage in Ohio ( it's freezing outside). The unit works well, but it takes about 30 minutes to warm up in my current environment in winter. The unit is built well and definitely gets hot and definitely induces sweating. I'm an average size person, 5'6", 140 pounds. It's reasonably comfortable for about 15 minutes. So in retrospect, I wish I had bought the 2 person or larger unit so I could spread out more. I feel like I'm sitting on an airplane with minimal leg room which makes it harder to relax. I realize going bigger would likely be a trade off in possibly longer times to heat up when the weather is cold. But since I like to go about 30 minutes, I will likely go bigger at some point.

Love love love this! Purchase now! It was inexpensive but so amazing. I have seriously been using it daily. It is small but so comfy. I have it facing a TV in my home gym and it is relaxing and the 30 minutes in there are just right for me. The assembly was like the easiest thing ever. It is easy to move around as well. Heats up quick and holds the heat about 15-20 min for max heat or 149 but I use it at 122 and it is about 12-13 minutes. You won’t regret it!!!! I do lay a towel on the seat and floor for better sweat absorption to keep it cleaner and I usually put a towel in there with lavender

E recomendó mi fisioterapeuta para tratar mis lesiones y poder entrenar fuerza y recuperarme diario es muy fácil de armar y para el precio en que lo agarre esta. Uy bien en otros lugares estaba al doble o triple claro otros modelos pero ninguno en este precio hasta ahora estoy muy conforme
