The sauna heats up well, is easy to operate, and feels sturdy and well-made. Assembly was straightforward, and once it was set up, I customized the surrounding space to create a relaxing spa-like atmosphere. The size is perfect for home use, and I love being able to enjoy a sauna session whenever I want without leaving the house. I've already noticed how much I look forward to using it, and it has quickly become one of my favorite purchases. If you're considering a home sauna, I highly recommend this one. It looks beautiful, works great, and has exceeded my expectations. Definitely worth the investment!

I’ve used this sauna four times this week, and I’m really impressed. I’m 6'1", and even though it’s a compact model, I don’t feel cramped inside. It was delivered in two, well-packaged boxes. Assembly was quick and easy—I had it put together in under 30 minutes. It heats up to 149°F in less than half an hour and fits perfectly in my storage room. The heat feels balanced and comfortable, not overwhelming like some other saunas I’ve tried. After 30 minutes, I get a great sweat going. I recommend opening the top vent for a bit of fresh air while using it—the temperature stays steady even with the vent open. I also use a small battery-powered fan to help balance the temperature inside. The only minor drawback is that the heating panel behind the seat can feel a bit too hot on my back at times, but shifting forward a couple of inches fixes the issue. The built-in Bluetooth speakers and light options are a nice touch and add to the relaxing experience. I didn’t want to spend several thousands on a full-size sauna, and this model turned out to be a fantastic, affordable alternative. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a compact, easy-to-use home sauna.

I’ve had this at least 4 months now and seems to be working quite well. Easy set up and to put together and sturdy. It is quite small but in this case is a good thing for me. It’s easy to tuck away into any spot in your home without having to set a ton of room for a designated spot for it. Heats up really nice and find the speakers and different lights relaxing .

There was a small problem with the delivery of this product as it comes in two boxes but only one of the boxes was initially delivered. The second box arrived later in the that night. Had it shown on Amazon as still pending delivery after the first box I wouldn't have been concerned. All that being said, the full delivery was ahead of schedule and despite some damage to the outer boxes all components inside were undamaged and in good working order. It took less than 30 minutes to assemble (once I had all of the boxes) and probably 10 minutes to cut all the cardboard up to fit it in my recycle bin. Everything operated immediately. There was one wire that was not identified in either the instructions or labeled that runs from the control panel through the top that hangs loose. I suspect it might be an antenna or perhaps an audio connection for an external device? At any rate it does not plug into anything in the top and the sauna functions all work. I used an instant read thermometer to verify the temperatures on the display and found that the top of the sauna which is where the installed probe is located was under reporting by two degrees (Fahrenheit). Based on my instant read thermometer there was about an 8 degree differential at the bottom from the top. The ambient temperature outside the sauna was 65. None of this degraded my sweat experience as I was fully wet and very satisfied at the end of my initial use. A couple of truly small items to critique. The backrest provided is silly. Either buy a separate one or do without. It would be nice if the unit came with a sheet explaining what the different chromotherapy light settings were useful for. Similarly, how/when to use the ionizer would be helpful. A quick Google search resolved these last wo issues for me. Finally, the cup holder. This is designed to be screwed into two walls. This has the effect of screwing the walls together. I don't like this as I am sure when the unit is broken down to be moved someone will miss this fact and simply pull harder causing damage. To get around this I placed the cup holder in the corner next to the towel holder and used one screw in the wall with the window and placed a shim between the towel holder and the cup holder instead of the second screw. This will allow all of the walls to separate when unlatched. I am very satisfied with this product initially and hope it lasts a long time.

This was easy to assemble and it is good quality. Seems very strong, holds the heat in and serves its purpose. Very roomy for being a one person sauna. It is a good size and fits perfect in our basement gym. The only thing I don't like about the sauna is the wait time is about 20 minutes to heat up, but I'm not a very patient person.

Nice 1 person sauna. Easy to assemble. Took me 30 minutes, with no tools needed until the last step. I’ve been using it for 2 weeks, and works very well. Takes 15-20 minutes to get to max temp. One surprise is that the IR heat is localized so very easy to use a phone inside the sauna to pass the time and make it very enjoyable and relaxing. I work up a nice sweat very fast. Lay some towels on the seat and floor, and the sauna stays very clean and smell free. I included a picture of what looks like an extra cable with connector, but it’s actually an antenna for the radio and Bluetooth. Leave it disconnected.

Received within 4 days (2 boxes), assembled it quickly, heated to 149° F in 25 minutes. I liked how all the panels arrived completely assembled, only needing to be snapped together. The top dust cover was slightly damaged during shipment but it doesn’t show and is of no consequence to me. It was very well packed - there are a lot of packing materials that need recycled/disposed. Two people are advised for assembly but you don’t need to be strong (a 70 and 30 year old woman had no problems putting this together on their own). The boxes are heavy - you must be strong to lift and move them. One snap catch was bent and I used needle nose pliers to straighten it. If I hadn’t been careful I might have broken it. The door was already attached and has a weatherstrip around it that seals well. The only things we needed to screw on was the oxygen ionizer (which may remove odors), the wood door handle, the cup holder, and the magazine holder (we didn’t install this). Everything else was fastened by the side panel snaps or plugs. You barely needed the directions, it was intuitive. The Bluetooth connected and speakers sounded great. Temperature display switched from °C to °F. The electrical cord was 6’ long (attached to the top). I purchased separately a curved back seat rest (see photo) and since I’m a 5’6” woman I had room to slide forward on the seat to use this, but a taller person might find their knees touched the front if they slid forward. This had an exterior width of 27” and my shoulders fit, but a bigger person might want to buy the wider version. The inside wood is unfinished and it’s recommended to put a towel on the bench and floor to prevent sweat from dripping on it. It really looks great and functions well - we couldn’t be more satisfied!

Received order assembled and went to use. Didn't see any issues, little did I know half of heating pads did not work. Contacted customer support was told to try switching plugs for pads.... take apart half of sauna still nothing, was told via messages to try switching plugs again. Over and over that was only solution. Luckily I purchased warranty so I thought, we'll product is nit listed in warranty form, and try to get ahold of a person impossible. So now I have a 900 box to sit and and listen to the radio until that stops working.... would not recommend
