Great AC worked very well in our lounge over the heatwave

Disappointed. I have a 27 m2 room. It ran all day but never dropped the temperature. The fan works fine though which isn’t what I wanted in this heatwave. Waste of money.

Although it’s struggling a bit in this extreme heat (35°C), we honestly wouldn’t have survived without it! 😂 We’ve had family and friends coming over just to sit in the cool air around it. Easily one of the best purchases we’ve ever made. It’s fantastic for cooling a room down and keeping both the family and our pets comfortable during these ridiculous heatwaves. British homes just aren’t designed for this kind of weather—they’re built to keep heat in, not let it out! The different settings are brilliant, and being able to control it from an app is a huge bonus. I can switch it on before we get home so the room is already cool when we walk through the door. The noise doesn’t bother us at all—I’d much rather listen to a bit of fan noise than be melting! If you’re expecting any portable air conditioner to instantly cool an entire house in 35°C, you might be disappointed. But for keeping a room genuinely comfortable during a heatwave, it’s been worth every single penny. (Notwithstanding the electric bill… which I don’t even care about at this point lol!)

Arrived in good time and has been invaluable in the recent hot weather. I little noisy at night but easier to cope with than the heat.

Excellent product, keeps our one bed flat cool

Product works fine and cools as you'd expect. Disappointingly; the product was marked as Prime Next Day and took almost a week to arrive. Would not recomend

This worked okay but never great for around two days. After which the performance dropped off. On our eighth day of using it started leaking water from the air vent. I tried contacting the seller which was pointless. I've had to go through amazon themselves to get a refund. I'd echo other reviews that even when it worked as it should the perfomance figures were not as advertised. It lowered our room temp a maximum of four degrees.
