At first glance, this faucet is looks great. When you touch it, the head of the faucet is plastic, light and feels cheap. We didn't want to go through the hassle of returning so we installed it despite our disappointment in quality of materials. The functionality is always poor. The sensor and handle is super confusing, we've had it for 8 months and our kids still aren't sure how to use it. If you entertain and have guests over, be prepared to have to explain to each and every one how to turn your faucet on and off if you intend to use the sensor. On top of all that, the sensor has stopped responding 50% of the time. Yes we changed the batteries, the sensor will turn it on but then not turn it off and vice versa, it is super irritating and in this case we DID NOT get what we paid for. Poor workmanship and functionality is just what we are all supposed to be accustomed to these days I guess.

I really like this faucet, but couldn’t give it more than a three star because as soon as I installed, I noticed the extension hose does not line up with the bracket that holds it in place. Instead of going back in place and sitting snug, it hangs down a little bit and looks flimsy. I’m pretty sure this is a manufacturer defect because I’ve purchased more than one and my other one looks perfect but I’m pretty sure I’m outside of the return window. Otherwise, I do like the no touch nozzle, but admittedly, it’s not used that often.

Kraus' customer support is first class. I purchased this faucet 1.5 years ago through Amazon. The toggle switch cover plate fell off and into my disposal, so I could not put it back on. I contacted the company and a live person answered my call - unheard of today. She was incredibly friendly and responsive. She replaced the faucet head without many questions. I proved I purchased the faucet, and she took care of everything else. I recommend this product and company.

I did contact the company, and after submitting a video of the faulty product, they sent me a part. Hopefully this is will last more than a year. Upgrading to 3 stars. Love product. Hate having to do repairs at one year—especially given the cost. I’ve had this one year to the day. Sensor started failing at month 11. Changed batteries 3 times with fresh-from- the-pack Duracell batteries. It works two or three times, then stops working. Several other reviews mention the same pin more detail. Very disappointed in this product. I will never buy a Kraus product again and will certainly discourage anyone asking.
