Will this work for removing hard water stains?  If not, do you have suggestions of another product that will?

Hi there,
Unfortunately, this will not remove hard water stains. We would love to sell you a product, but the safest way to remove it is to wash you vehicle with soap and water then apply vinegar with a sponge and let it sit for 30-60 seconds and wipe off. Do this one small section at a time.

If the hard water stains still do not come out please contact me again and you can purchase our water spot remover chemical.

What is the difference between fine grade clay bar and medium grade one?

Hi, A fine grade clay bar is less course than the medium grade. The fine will remove light contamination, whereas the medium will remove heavier contamination. With either grade, use plenty of clay bar lubricant to keep the surface slick when using the clay bar. Thank you and have a great day!

Question 3

Why do the specs say 1.5 pounds when the package only says 200 g? The listing doesn't say anything about multiple bars.

This product weights 8 ounces and if you read the whole description, you will see that the shipping weight is correctly indicated. The problem with descriptions is that the first input on Amazon is the one that all vendors have to use. Some data cannot be changed. I will see if Amazon agrees to remove that typo and update with the proper weight.

Do you also wax car after use?

Absolutely! I have been detailing vehicles professionally for over 30 years.  After you wash the vehicle, you clay bar the paint to get all the fallout and extra dirt particles that don't come off with washing. THEN you wax the vehicle.  If you wax without claying, you are essentially sealing in all that junk on your exterior paint.  You only need to clay when your paint has a rough feel to the touch of your hand.
