EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD, SPECTACULAR VISUALS, EXTREME DEPTH, RICH COLORS
this is my first OLED and im glad i went with the creme de la creme of OLEDS theres a reason this is the king of TV's. ive been mind blown at this tv's ability to turn movie night into a special treat again, the colors POP, everything is vibrant and lively, its ability to upscale non 4k content is superb, the built in speakers are actually very decent, but a sound bar will be better course, im im waiting for the bravia theater 6 sound bar to go on sale again at $498, i bought this TV in November during Black friday for $2300, and have no regrets, if you want to enjoy the best picture and 4k richness just get a sony bravia 8 ii, youll be happy you did,

OLED King? First impressions.
This purchase replaces a Bravia A90J and is viewed in a dark room. Unpacking and mounting is a 2 person job. It's heavier than its predecessor. Standard Google TV user interface set up: 10 minutes avg. Plugged in Apple TV and eARC to a Yamaha A8A 7.2.4 and was ready to go in minutes. Color, brightness and picture quality are outstanding out of the box in Dolby Vision. Additional settings to adjust image quality and sound are avail and easy to navigate. Only a slight bump in image quality, but the sound processing (or lack thereof via HDMI passthrough) via eArc surprised me the most, with more detail and overall "umpf". Image quality via Blu Ray has not been tested yet, but should be outstanding. Not a gamer, so VRR and 120Hz refresh won't be used much. Value for the money depends on your wallet and whether getting the best in its class matters to you. Sony makes excellent TVs at every tier.

Awesome TV if you have the coin!
If you have the money, this TV is awesome. I’ve had it for about three months now and have no complaints. The apps are snappy, picture quality is awesome, and Interestingly, the built-in sound is pretty good too! I buy Sony because of the quality of construction - every Samsung device I’ve ever owned broke within 3-4 years, my old Sony TV is still going strong since 2011. Hope this one stand the test of time as well :)

Outstanding 65" Sony Bravia 8 II brings real-life video into your home
I have always owned Sony TVs and high fidelity equipment and, fortunately, never had any serious issues over the years. The Sony Bravia 8 II is by far the best quality television I have ever owned. The clarity is very detailed and the colors are bright and well-defined. There are so many built-in options to choose from that it takes days to become accustomed to all of them. The decision to purchase this Sony certainly has been a great experience and buying it from Amazon was another smart decision. The TV arrived on time, not damaged - in perfect condition - and the folks who delivered it were careful when unpacking it from the box. I recommend the Sony 65" Bravia 8 II to anyone who wishes to buy a high-quality product and also Amazon for a truly great experience.

Brightness
Maybe because of energy saver this TV is very dark, I tried energy low, hi, off, I tried standard, Cinema, only vivid makes it brighter.

Only buy Sony
Love this tv. I only buy Sony tvs, they are still #1 in image processing. The acoustic audio is awesome too. The speakers are behind the glass so the sound comes towards you unlike most TVs where the speakers are behind the tv. Also, if you never owned an OLED, you’re missing out. By far best color, contrast, and of course perfect blacks. Don’t worry about that burn in stuff. Now TVs have so many features that protect that, this tv shifts its pixels on its own. So unless you keep your tv on for 3 months straight on a static image, don’t worry about that. One thing I will say, Amazon is great, but their drivers don’t know how to ship a tv. He opened the back of the truck and the tv was toppled over on an angle with another box on top. I was like you don’t strap TVs in. That’s a 3,000 dollar tv. He said no, it happens all the time with TVs. What is that? That’s just lack of common sense. Who trains these people!? Anyway, get the tv! Trust me

Don’t leave at the mailbox
I did not like the fact that fedex left it at my mailbox in the snow! It was a good thing I was home that day! But the Tv is great!!

TV two thumbs up
Received few days back. Easy to setup. So far good. Good delivery from Amazon to room of choice. Huge difference in display from my 10 yr old Sony tv. Worth the upgrade. In the first week there was a stutter in screen. After restarting once no more screen stutter. Recommend this tv excellent picture quality. Sound is okay dialogues are clear.

Sony bravia oled 8ll 65 pulgadas
Es de lo mejor en video y audio, el único pero que le pongo, es que no despliega en la pantalla cuando se ve una película en hdr o Dolby visión, por lo demás es de lo mejor.

Bravia 8 II vs LG G5
While LG G5 might be brighter, we are happy with picture of Sony Bravia 8 II. We picked the Sony over the LG at the same price because the Sony has better audio and DTS support. Gamers might prefer LG because it has four HDMI 2.1 ports and goes to larger sizes.
