Honest Paws Fish Oil for Dogs - Omega 3 Wild Alaskan Salmon Oil - Healthy Skin, Joints, Nutritional Support, Shiny Coat - Fatty Acid, Pollock Oil - Sustainably Sourced - 16 Oz

Our dog loves this oil and makes her coat so shiny!

I did research on the effectiveness of oil for dogs. This product may be expensive because of the in defies it has. Approved by several committees. Smells fishy which is expected. It drops after a squeezing to the dogs bowl. We transferred it to a pump container. But we are loyal too this brand.

Many customers have already said this but I will reiterate it. Good product, really helps my dogs coat shine and be soft. She also tolerates it well. The dispenser sucks. It’s messy and requires that I wipe it off every time I use it. It often gets on my hands / fingers making a mess. There are lot of comments about this so I’m not sure why Honest Paws doesn’t address it. I’m now buying another product just for this reason. Too bad as the product seems very good.

I add this to my dog's food and they like it just fine. It does have a mild fishy smell, but not overpowering. My biggest issue is the cap, as I saw many other reviewers have a problem with, it is messy. Measuring the oil out some ends up dribbling down the side and it seems to puddle around the edge of the cap somehow. Unless they change the cap, sadly I do not think I will buy this again. I think a pump would be much less messy.

I was given a recommendation from my vet to start my 2 aging dogs (lab and golden) on omega 3 supplements. I was using glucosamine without any noticeable difference. This supplement has made noticeable difference in my dogs mobility and youthfulness. I have been buying this for months now and will continue !
