Towels get very hot quickly!
It gets the towels extremely hot very quickly. The timer is helpful because it turns off when the water is gone if you forgot about it, but if you add more water, you can easily add more time. The tongs aren’t very helpful for the bigger towels I use, but maybe for washcloth size.

First one was sent USED 🤮. Small , water dries fastt
Super small, water doesn’t last 45min and it’s dries up. The first one they sent was USED and dirty… they had to send a new one.

Love the concept
I use this to warm he no rinse cloths to bath my husband. The machine warms quickly with steam emerging. Then once warmed after turning the warmer off I then place a towel over the container to keep the cloths warm. One issue the basin does not fit securely on the base. Also if not careful removing cloths could potentially cause a person to get burned.
