Customer service is horrible. Never buy this brand

This is horrible !!! Half the time it doesn’t work. I’ve emailed and emailed and emailed to them and they keep telling me they’re going to send me a new one and then they never do. This has been going on for six months now. I’m getting ready to contact a lawyer!!!
