part of my daily routine
I highly value Dr. Gundry's products. They genuinely improve my well-being and make managing my weight much easier. While the taste is not what initially attracts me, I reliably incorporate it into shakes that perfectly suit my palate. I'm usually skeptical, but I think this works!
Within 1 day I experienced more energy and a week later I noticed my skin showed a definite improvement.

Dissolves great in hot water. I love the taste.
It dissolves great in 12 oz hot water. I use my keurig and handheld electric blender. I have been taking it for several months. I have lost 12 lbs. i like that I get my polyphenols in ot.

Did Not Produce Expected Results
1. Does not dissolve well. After several minutes of stirring, crystals remain undissolved. 2. I have used this for a week and it did not help me remain in ketosis. Had to rely on ketone salts. 3. No noticeable energy support. 4. Very expensive lesson learned.

Not worth the money.
The flavor is not bad however it does not dissolve completely so sometimes you get chunks of the powder which I don’t like. I have not seen any results drinking this. I will not buy again.

It resolves poorly and tastes awful. But since I’m not purchasing a desert I’ll persist. This is my first attempt. It resolves better in very warm water and ice cooled for palatable taste.
