Absolutely amazing! Since I’ve started taking these, I’ve ordered two bottles. I have noticed a drastic difference one I’m starting to lose weight again. I have energy and motivation. I’m sleeping through the night. I’m no longer on edge in any time that I feel like my work life or family life has been too stressful. I take the recommended dose of two and when I wake up the next day, I feel so much better life-changing. I’m more relaxed and present in my everyday life.

This is the first time I’ve tried this product and I’m happy that I did. I started taking it the minute it arrived (arrived at bedtime). I slept 8 hours and VeriFit watch gave me a Perfect score for my sleep pattern. I had so much energy the next day that I took it to the back yard to do some difficult yard work. I also felt calm, relaxed, and had no food cravings. I slept 8 hours and 45 minutes the second night taking it and woke up feeling refreshed with another Perfect score on my VeriFit watch. I even watched my scale go down a pound. I couldn’t be happier with these results. I can’t wait to see what happens after 30+ days of taking it.

I’ve tried many things to help me sleep due to menopause and this worked from the first dose! I have not noticed any weight loss but just being able to sleep is amazing! It’s a little pricey but since I haven’t slept in 2 years it’s worth it!! Pills are big.

I’m a combat vet and I think I’ve had high cortisol and everything that goes with that for decades. First week of taking this supplement and I’ve had a bit of a headache at night, but better sleep, more calm during the day, and I’ve had some relief of my joint and tendon pain. Hoping to lose some of my gut and lower my blood pressure over the coming months.

I wished I had found these supplements a lot sooner. They work better than melatonin. With Melatonin I kept waking up 2 to 3 times a night. Cortisol Manager stopped my 3 AM cortisol spikes. I had to adjust my how I take them thanks to AI. I take one at 7p.m. and my next one 30 mins before I go to sleep. I also take a spoonful of almond butter or eat a boil egg right before I go to sleep. Taking a proteins snack right before bed helps your body deal with blood sugar drops while you are sleeping. Great supplements that actually work. I wake up without feel tired. I am sleeping like a baby.

Unfortunately, I would give this zero stars if I could. Although I’ve read a ton of reviews saying this product is great, & many people love the benefits, this product is NOT for me. I’m not the type to take any type of “hormone therapy “ supplements, but I was excited to think that this could lower my cortisol, help with stress, & hence lower my belly fat lol !! Folks - this is not a magic pill. I’m a very high energy, natural individual, & this product actually gave me the opposite results of what I wanted…. It made me a bit “draggy” which I guess is supposed to be the “relaxed “ part, & actually gave me more sugar cravings & had an opposite effect on my hunger, no thanks lol , & made me constipated TMI, delayed my menstrual cycle , not cool at all. I also started having nightmares in a very heavy sleep state. Vivid dreams are fine, but nightmares & stress dreams are not ok. This product has many more side effects than people realize. You are manually adjusting this hormone. This is not natural. Listen to your body. I threw it in the trash after about 3 weeks use. No thanks. Waste of money. I will meditate, work on my sleep, nutrition, etc. This was not for me.

Edit: April 7, 2025 The seller contacted me and offered me a refund due to my experience. They did not ask me to change my rating, they just wanted me to be happy. I chose this brand because they are quality and trusted. This further underlines that, and they’ve gained a customer for life (but for a different product)! I added a star based on this. Again, they did not ask me to change my rating. Wanted to love it… but I had to stop after about 10 days. This supplement seemed like the perfect blend. It did make me sleepy, but weirdly, I slept TERRIBLY. I was sleepy but also wired? After about 5 days I noticed some spotting which was weird. I take progesterone at night for sleep and to help with perimenopause symptoms. I haven’t ever had spotting before- and then after 2-3 days of spotting, it stopped. The thing that make me stop taking the medication was (after 9 ish days of awful sleep and increased anxiety), on day 10, I also had restless legs. It was awful! I’ve never had restless legs before- but as soon as it began, I knew what it was. It was the most unsettling, tingling, strange feeling in my legs. I got up several times, walked, massaged my legs, applied magnesium, rubbed them some more, and finally it eased enough to sleep. I have no idea which ingredient or combo of ingredients affected me… but the rest of the bottle will remain untouched. I was really hoping this would better my sleep and stress, but it definitely did the opposite. Just my experience- yours may not be the same- however, I’d love if anyone experienced the same!

Best supplement I have bought in a while. I have been able to fall asleep right away & most importantly, remain asleep. I had not had a good night's sleep in forever. This supplement has done the trick. I am a week in. Let's see if it continues to work, but so far so good. This definitely works for anyone who endures a lot of stress & happens to have sleep issues.
