THE BURPS ARE UNBEARABLE
When you open them they smell really bad but I thought that was just them being in the tight container. No citrus flavor or scent detected at all. I only started with 1 capsule instead of two, and I never usually burp but immediately upon taking this I was belching that horrible taste/smell for hours. I even tried freezing them like google said and still ended up burping the horrible taste. Not worth it, and can't even get my money back...

Awful smell, terrible taste
I bought the citrus insert and these were still nasty. I couldn't finish them.

Easy to take
I chose this as I am trying to get my cycles back- I like that it’s got all the main nutrients, especially iodine and selenium. Easy to take and I like the citrus flavor, it’s like an orange creamsicle to me. Good price range too
