Very comfy
Giving a 5 star review because I had to contact customer service and they were amazing. Our mattress was delivered, box was undamaged but after unwrapping the mattress to let it fluff we noticed a button was popped off...no big deal because the mattress is great quality and very comfortable

Soft, thick, well made mattress. defiantly recommend.
The mattress came packed in a very small tight box. At first I figured that this would be a return. but after opening it very diligently, it kinda popped out like a self inflatable dingy. And to my surprise this mattress is amazing!! you have to give it 48 hrs to fully open. the instructions even indicate this. no! This is not plastic!! in fact the material is very soft and also very thick. I would defiantly recommend for replacement for futon. 10/10.

Futon mattress
Nice mattress but does not fit our futon frame at all. It is comfy,but we constantly have to readjust the mattress. Very uncomfortable when not in place. Wish we new it wouldn't fit on our frame.

Waste of money
Was only 70"wide, lumpy and very dark Grey, not like pictured. Impossible to return as it won't fit in the ironical box, but a box is required for return

A bit too hard
Very very hard ....9 mis after 9 mos of use it had not softened AT ALL ....its holding up beautiful fabric and very good quality, however being "tufted " with memory foam i find it not really comfy for lying on
