Okay so I put this bbqer together literally yesterday. It too me a good 2 hrs. A lot of comments in reviews on the assembly. This will challenge some. The coal tray install is the step that will require you to look at the assembly guide closely. The lid hinge pieces took me some time to realize the wider pieces are on lid and the narrow ones are on the bottom. Other thean that it is not too bad. As mentioned, it does have a assembly guide with photos how it goes together but it does not have many detailed written instructions to go with it. The quality of materials is okay better than some but cheaper than others in this price range. The tray height adjustments scews seem cluncky but they work ok. It looks nice cosmeticly.

Such a good deal for the size and quality. As a mom who loves hosting family dinners, this extra-large grill has been a lifesaver. The foldable side tables are super convenient, and it’s sturdy and looks great on our patio. This grill is wonderful—you can grill anything on it, and it’s a great buy.
