When the wood came it looked straight and even but because of how I stored it the wood ended up warping a little. It was easily fixed by just putting a five point weight on top, great price and it is perfect for laser cutting, cuts with one pass with a 10w laser.

These are the best basswood I bought so far. It cuts great and I got to stain , paint and add resin so its very versatile, the color is nice and its durable.

I have a 10W laser and these basswood sheets were perfect for my most recent project! I have ordered basswood in the past and it comes and is warped or the veneer is peeling and I have not had issues with this at all. So far every piece has cut cleanly and evenly and looks fantastic and uniform! 0 complaints!

This basswood works really well for laser cutting. It cuts straight through consistently on my laser, and the thickness is uniform, which is a big deal for clean cuts. The wood quality itself is better than a lot of other brands I’ve tried. My only complaint is that at least 5 pieces in every box I’ve ordered arrive bent or warped. I can still use them for smaller projects, but they aren’t usable for full-size cuts. Even with that issue, I would still buy this over other brands because the wood quality and laser performance are solid.

What a deal! We are using these to make jigs and coaster holders with our diode laser. They are great!

These sheets have been fairly flat. They cut well with my laser, I have used a 20 and 40 watt lasers.

Great for diode laser cutting with no burn or ragged edges

Unfortunately only half the pieces were usable. Warped and would not lay flat on the laser bed. It looked like a split batch where half of the pieces were cut from lesser quality materials than the other half.
