Avocado cooking spray
This non-stick cooking spray is made without petroleum by products. The avocado flavor is light sprays evenly in your pans. Because it has a high smoke point (500°), it's perfect for use in an air fryer. I have reheated fried foods & sprayed this on the food for an extra crispy texture without an aftertaste. I first discovered this product in a specialty market and was delighted to find it on Amazon; same 'price' point, but TWO came in the package & the cans were larger! Excellent value. I highly recommend it!

Like the larger containers. Lasts a lot longer. Good taste. Not too greasy.

DOESN'T SPRAY WELL
I use cooking spray every time I cook. I usually cook with oil or butter, but I always spray the pan first. It really makes clean up much easier. I recently replaced all of my nonstick pots and pans. Until then I was unaware that you shouldn't use sprays on nonstick pans because they contain silicone, which is not good for the cooking surface. So I purchased Chose Foods Avocado Oil Spray because it doesn't contain silicone. The only problem is that silicone makes the "spray" part work. You do not get an even and light spray. It comes out rather thick for a spray. I don't think you can get a good spray unless it contains silicone, so if you are expecting something like Pam, you should move on.
